Horrible customer service. I used to come to this salon with my mom most of the time they would do an amazing job but the last couple times they would cut her hair too short or uneven. Today (02/10/2026) the guy that is normally at the front desk had an argument with another client and a couple minutes later with me.

She cut my fingers so bad. I was bleeding then swollen and in so much pain. She didn't cure the gel polish properly so it all bubbled and peeled up. She gloped on so much acrylic my nails are all bulbous and big and disgusting. I paid $55 for this.

I’ve come to this place for the past 15 years. Used to get haircuts, waxing, facials eyelashes…. Lately tho I’ve only come to get my nails done and for the first time in many years my nail’s actually lasted a long time and didn’t break or fall off. I am very happy with Jenny as my nail tech, I tried to do my nail with someone else while Jenny was on vacation and my nails lasted 3 days. Anyway We always have something to talk about life work and all. If you want your Nails done right ask for Jenny!

I go to this salon every 2-4 weeks to get my eyebrows done. I went two days ago to get my eyebrows done since I was starting a new job. Both of the usual waxing lady's were busy so they got me someone else off the floor and I didn't think it was a big deal, I thought that everyone there knew how to do multiple things, not just whatever their station is. This girl was being extremely rude while moving my head around, she starts waxing me and it is the worst pain I have ever felt while getting waxed. Come to find out she literally ripped my skin off and now I have a huge scar right under my eyebrow. Not only that but she somehow managed to miss half of my hair on my upper lip. If you come just make sure you get the waxing ladies and no one else. I'm disappointed in this service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. During my visit, the nail tech drilled straight through two of my nails, causing pain and damage. There was no offer for me to wash the area or receive any first aid to help prevent infection. I left immediately and will not be returning. I strongly caution anyone considering this salon — please be careful, as the techs can have a very heavy hand with the drills. Tech was Paola.

I went with a friend on Friday (11/1/24) and didn't have a good experience. We were getting pedicure deluxe. My friends nail tech sped through hers and mine took a long time but we were rushed/kicked out when mine was done so my nails didn't get a chance to dry. My friend usually goes to this place so she was familiar with the prices and wha to expect. My friend was treating us and she said she was charged 5 dollars extra for paint for each of us that she had never been charged before and wasn't made aware this time. The owner gaslit my friend saying they always charged this was. All this to say it wasn't worth what my friend paid and we were disappointed.

I used to go get my nails done here, but the customer service has went down here. One lady expected me to speak Spanish and got irritated that I didn't starting slamming her phone being very rude. I did change to a different nail tech I didn't want to have someone angry doing my nails. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
