I went in for a haircut on February 20, 2026. I am not overall happy with the result. I had waited over a year to cut my hair because my goal was to add more volume and make the hair look fuller so it wouldn’t appear so thin. I explained what I wanted, showed pictures for reference, and even asked for her professional opinion since I value a stylist’s guidance when I’m feeling unsure. Jesse was very nice, but it did feel like she was rushing because she had another client scheduled right after me. I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard, and the final result wasn’t what I was hoping for. Instead of looking fuller and thicker, my hair actually looks thinner and was cut shorter than I would have liked. Paying $60 for a haircut and not getting the result you envisioned is disappointing, especially, after waiting so long to make the change. It’s not just about the cost, it’s about feeling heard and confident when you leave. A haircut can feel like a big step, particularly when you’ve invested time growing your hair out and building expectations around the outcome. Again, Jesse was nice and professional in her demeanor, and I don’t believe there were bad intentions. However, the experience felt rushed, and I wish more time had been spent listening carefully and ensuring we were aligned before cutting. As a new client, I also hoped there would be more attention to detail and consideration of the fact that this was an important haircut for me. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I truly believe that slowing down and spending more time discussing goals especially with clients who are making a significant change would make a big difference in overall satisfaction. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my hair was cut shorter than I wanted and did not achieve the fuller look I had clearly communicated.

Ok, I’ve been going to the same friend of mine to cut my hair for 40 years and all of a sudden she was unable to fit me in due to family illness. I felt a fish out of water going to a salon but this place is hands down genuine, authentic and friendly as soon as I entered the door. I told Viva the reason why I was nervous and she made me feel at ease. The assistant, I think Michelle was a doll and was very kind and attentive. Everyone seemed happy and chill!! It was a Tuesday morning so it was quiet but being that it was my first time at a salon I was happy it was not too busy! Viva did a great job with my color and cut and spent some quality time talking and getting an idea as to what I preferred but at the same time gave her an opportunity to show her creative juices to update my dew! I did not use the other amenities but it looks like this is the place if you need nails, pedicures, facials, Botox and laser hair removal. The cost was more than I was used to but I was expecting it due to the fact that I was paying half the amount for 40 years. Bottom line, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place! I love the way they train their own staff too! An all around great place! Bravo!

Danielle is fantastic! I love how my color turned out and the salon is such a clean, modern, fun space. I first saw Danielle a few months ago for a haircut and I highly recommend her services! I’ve been loving my hair and feeling so confident!

Veronica, is a consummate professional who gives a great Mani/Pedi and SHE IS FABULOUS! She does a wonderful job and is also a lovely human. She is thorough, mindful and caring. You’re in good hands! Kick back and enjoy!

I was referred to Vivi to fix my bleach fried hair. I asked her to cut as much as she needed and I left with a super cute, healthy bob. She even took the time to show me some different hairstyles I can do with my new do and taught me how to cut my bangs! Will definitely be a return customer. The rest of the staff was top notch and the salon is gorgeous. Worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about Savannah and my experience at Jean Paul. My oldest daughter has visited the salon a few weeks ago and loved her experience so I decided to try it for myself. I had a horrible experience over the summer at a different salon where my "signature" inverted bob cut was made all one length and very short. I had explained my anxiety to Savannah tonight and she took such precision and care to make my new cut look fantastic. I highly recommend Jean Paul Salons but especially Savannah to anyone looking for a hair place to call home!

Had our first appointment today and we’re so glad we chose Savannah! Both my daughter and I loved our haircuts. She was so nice, professional, and made us feel really comfortable the whole time. We’ll definitely be coming back!
