the worst place to cut your hair! the dude that works here, he was wearing a fedora, is so rude. cut my hair in layers that was so cheap-looking and charged me $75. the haircut last 10 minutes. not good quality work here. stay away. I tipped only $5. I am going to a different salon the next time I have to get a haircut

Made an appointment (which they encourage), showed up, there were already 2 customers there. Owner tells me he'll cut my hair without washing it first. Weird because they always wash before and after haircut. Cuts it in less than 5 minutes without attention to detail. That will be $50 lol. Bonus: someone else literally walks in without appointment during my haircut and they wash their hair.

I’ve been coming here since around 2017 or 2018—honestly, it feels like a lifetime of eras and phases. Over the years, I’ve trusted this salon with so many different looks: long cuts, short cuts, perms, color, you name it. I once came in with a photo of a Japanese American soldier from the 1940s because I was in a musical set during that time period—and Jeff made it work. Another time, during the early COVID era, I was determined to have silver hair—and I rocked that look for a while too. There were also the perms I agreed to (LOL), because at one point, perms were definitely the vibe. Through all those changes—and even through my own gender transition—it’s been a place where I’ve continued to feel comfortable and affirmed. That really means something. I always go to Jeff. He’s intuitive, patient, and talented. I usually show him a photo and try to describe what I want, and he always does his best to accommodate. Even in times when I felt unsure about speaking up, Jeff would gently check in—asking, "Okay?"—and tune into nonverbal cues. Of course, that can only go so far, so I’ve learned to be more direct when I have a specific request, and Jeff always listens. These days, I’m finally rocking the pixie cut I’d been wanting even back when I had long hair. I’m thinking about getting a keratin treatment soon—just waiting for my scalp to finish healing from a hairline reduction surgery and a rhytidectomy. When I mentioned my sensitivity to the staff, they were so gentle and accommodating. That kind of care really stays with you. This salon has been part of my story through so many versions of myself. I’m grateful for the consistency, the creativity, and the kindness. 💛

Best place for Korean hair styles! Super satisfied with the results and the customer service was fantastic. They offer complimentary snacks like Taiyaki and drinks. They washed and blow dried my hair before and after the perm and cut and styled it afterwards to the hairstyle I wanted. I highly recommend this place to any guy looking for a place that can do Korean hairstyles. Protip: call ahead, make an appointment and be on time

I had walking appointments twice because I saw the Jerry has great reviews because it's near my home. However, my second experience just like the first time. He is an extremely impatient person, rushes to start before understanding customer needs, and kind of assume you can’t afford for the service. He definitely can explain to me before the service starts that his charge will be higher than the other because he is a senior hairstylist. unfortunately, he didn't, instead assume u can't pay for it. my first-time experience was last year, I thought he might have a bad customer on that day, so I switch to a lady had a haircut(forgot her name). The second-time is today, I have enough time to have my hair get done beautifully for my son’s birthday. but he again, very emotional, even wants me to pay for the color-mixing which we have not yet consensus with. I don't feel respectful at all, I quietly and ensuring asking other for replacing him. after a hair washing, two ladies were bowling my hair, I assume one of them gives me a haircut, but in the middle, they were moved to a different seat, then Vivian continued for my service. I am okay with it because I don't have any negative experience with her. However, as an owner, he should be the best example for his team to service the customer with a nice attitude. Yet, he is not. if I am the store owner, I will fire him after 3times not respect customers.
