Sprouts Farmers Market

I absolutely love my local sprouts farmers market in Woodland Hills on Ventura Boulevard. The staff is always so helpful and so friendly and I appreciate all of their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The store itself is calming, tranquil, clean and organized. And I get the feeling there is something intentionally therapeutic about the color scheme of the inside of the store, because it’s like a soothing refuge. Every single person I’ve ever asked for help here has always been so friendly and so enthusiastic about helping me to the fullest extent of their abilities. I’m sorry to say that’s this is not the best part about shopping at Sprouts. Shopping at Sprouts is great because they have such such a large selection of certified organic products. Many are the same that their competitors have, always cheaper by a considerable amount compared to their organic grocer competitors WFM & TJs. And I am a big fan of their prepared foods. Deli manager Cindy once noticed I was getting two of the same salad, so she comp’d me a different salad for me to sample—and it is now my favorite. It was very thoughtful and proactive customer service. And Mona is the best—always ready to assist me with any special bulk orders or product assistance. The prices keep me coming back, but the staff is the cherry on top. 5 stars.

Experience Every Time! Sprouts is truly a neighborhood gem — a grocery store that celebrates fresh, organic, and healthy living. From their produce to their specialty sections, everything reflects quality and care. But what really makes this location shine is the meat and seafood department. Francisco and Abraham are absolute standouts! Their passion for food, creativity, and customer service always turn an ordinary shopping trip into a culinary inspiration session. They consistently go above and beyond — offering cooking tips, new flavor ideas, and thoughtful suggestions that help expand your skills in the kitchen. They take the time to get to know their customers, which makes every visit a warm and personal experience. A special acknowledgment also goes to Cathy, the manager, who runs an incredible team that embodies helpfulness, warmth, and genuine care. Under her leadership, the department shines — her team is always ready to assist, offer useful cooking advice, and ensure every customer leaves happy and inspired. I’ve been coming here for quite some time, and I can confidently say the service, quality, and friendliness make this Sprouts exceptional. Highly recommend — not just for the food, but for the wonderful people who make it all happen!

I had such a great visit today at Sprouts in Woodland Hills! Cindy, the deli manager, went above and beyond to help me. She was super friendly and even offered me a complimentary salad, which was delicious. It’s rare to find customer service like that — I’ll definitely be returning to check out more of their food! Thank you Cindy for being a gem at Sprouts! You made my day!

Enjoyed the sprouts store on ventura. I had to pick up a few things. The store was stocked and the employees were very friendly. Recommend this location.

Great selection and slow check-out. SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET is a supermarket with an impressive organic and vegan selections. Sprouts also has an equally encompassing selections of animal proteins. Similar to Whole Foods Market, with lower prices. Freezers and refrigerators line the left side of the market, contain a mix of vegan, gluten free, and conventional entrees. Lots of bulk food products, i.e. coffee, nuts, candy, and seasonal. Organic fruits and vegetables are priced surprisingly low and are simply displayed. Fresh meat and poultry is displayed across most of the east side of the market. Vegan analogs are displayed side by side. Only two of the five checkout lanes were open. Self checkout is encouraged. One day delivery is available. Several employees were on the floor and walked me to what I needed. Parking in the huge lot, which is shared with other stores, is easy. Everything is ADA compatible.

The worst sprouts in America! Do better! Chris the manager is not doing a good job at all, the employees are fried and not friendly. They are always out of stuff, the meat department is a joke, the shelves are empty and meat is often rotting on shelves. THE WORST SPROUTS IN AMERICA!

Bertha is the greatest. If you get the chance to meet her you're a very lucky person. She was so helpful & kind with our standing customer service that I will never forget!
