Savi's Indian Groceries

Very bad experience. I asked the guy working if sweets were fresh. He nodded his head with no reply and proceeded to put them in the box. I was in rush so I quickly trusted his response. Gulab jamuns were in fact not fresh and hard from inside. Please talk to staff about giving customers good experience. He could have gave me other recommendations for something that was actually fresh. Will not be buying from here.

I had a very good experience at this grocery store. The employees Sandeep and Jaspreet, along with the manager Sukhman, are very friendly and helpful, and they manage the store very well. Not only do they have fresh vegetables and pani puri, but when we requested some specific items, they arranged them for us within two weeks, which I really appreciated. The prices are reasonable, and you can find almost all the items you need in one place. I am very happy with their service and strongly suggest visiting this store.

Great place overall. There is a large selection of Indian products and even Persian and Turkish products which was a bonus point in my opinion. The cashiers were kind and the supermarket was spacious. Reasonable prices too. Overall, it’s a great grocery store if you are looking for Indian groceries or just curious about trying out a different kind of food from other nations.

The first thing I noticed about this store is how clean and well-maintained it is. Products are displayed neatly with proper pricing, which makes shopping quick and easy. The quality of items, especially spices and fresh produce, is top-notch. Even their frozen section has a wide selection, and everything I bought tasted authentic. Prices are fair and definitely pocket-friendly compared to bigger chain stores.

Very bad experience.Customer service is rude, especially toward Telugu customers. There is clear Punjabi dominance and others are treated poorly. The grocery items and vegetables are of low quality, old, and sometimes rotten. And lot of items are expired and has no proper expiry dates and prices tags as well. The food counter is poorly managed no proper staff, long waits, and no one cares about customers at all. I would not recommend this place.such a bad experience # never visit savis indian grocery again

Today I bought this murmura from the store and they charged $6.99, when I asked how they can price organic murmura and regular one as the same price, they don’t have an answer. Basically, they’ll rip off the customer whenever there’s a festival season by inflating the prices above the normal price.

Hi, my name is Chaita. I have a request for the management of Savi's: please teach your staff how to talk to customers, otherwise, with staff like yours, the store will definitely get a 0-star rating. I come here to shop every Monday. As soon as you enter, there's such loud Punjabi music playing, oh my god, and it was the same today at 7:30 pm. A staff girl was counting cash, and I asked her about pani puri, and she replied so rudely. This isn't the first time this has happened; it happens every Monday with me, and with the same girl. I can't tolerate this anymore; I'm giving this review in anger. She behaves the same way every time. The puris are lying there, but no pani puri is available. My husband has strictly forbidden me from going there anymore.
