Save Mart

The best place for shopping. The best and nice customer service and have a lot of kind of cakes for the birthday parties with really affordable price. Has fresh food, fruit, meat and vegetables. Has everything you need to buy for dinners and lunches to cook and eat.

I shop there for birthday, valentines, and anniversary cards. They have the best selection. Alway have cute selection of small gifts, and candy.

Multiple bad interactions with the staff at self check out. Poor customer service skills. You shouldn't talk down to your customers and this lady always does to me when I have tried to be polite. The worst part about it is when I go in due to me being a early morning shopper checking out at self checkout is my only option due to the lanes not yet being open. Moving forward ill be taking my bussiness elsewhere and hope that your store addresses this issue so other customers do not have to deal with the same shopping experience.

I'm always a satisfied customer. The produce department is clean and stocked with the freshest vegetables. Throughout the store I'm sure to find great deals on many items. The Meat Department have quality meats and seafood. The prices are excellent as well. The store's Bakery and Deli are superb and the fried chicken is good as home- cooked. Getting through the checkout is always a smooth thing and the cashier's are very courteous and helpful. I wish they'd open a 2nd store in Tracy like there was before.

Very good veggie and food better compared to Safeway

Great store overall. Usually clean and well stocked, never over crowded, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I live around the corner from it, so it’s my daily go-to location. It’s a good store that seems to care about the community. That leads to my only complaint though. I’m there pretty much every other day, and more often than not they have charity donation stands set up at the front entrance with people asking you directly if you’d like to buy or donate to things like the Salvation Army and cub scouts. I’ve donated and purchased from the stands now more than a few times, even on a very limited budget. On occasion I’ve noticed that sometimes the parents are pushy and manipulative in trying to shame people in to spending money on their children. I’ve always had a little bit of anxiety going in to stores, so the last thing I want is having a table full of parents and kids staring directly at me in anticipation as a young child walks up to pitch a $20 small bag of popcorn when I’m trying to use what money I do have to get some necessities for the kids in my household. I always feel like I need to tell them I’ve already bought in four or five times to counteract the perceived shame.

Nice clean store location. No locks on bathroom.
