From the outside the store looks pretty small but it is much larger than you think. Very clean inside and easily found what I needed (achiote paste). I would highly recommend and will definitely go back!!

It's been awhile since I've been in such a wonderful Latin American grocery store. Great produce for good prices! The meat prices are very fair for the obviously good quality, and there was just such a good selection of everything. Staff was courteous and helpful, and we will be back.

After trying several specialty cooking/gourmet shops to find a tortilla press, I finally gave up and just went to the Mexican market. I should have come here all along. The store was exceptionally clean, well organized and the people working were all very helpful. Everyone was masked from the staff to the patrons which was reassuring during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this store. It's small but they have all of the basics.

Not bad, the ladies in the front were really sweet. A little shy until they know you speak Spanish! The butcher in the back gives tio vibes he cracks jokes works just fast enough to get you what you need but not sloppy. The selection here is great, the largest selection of latin foods that Ive found in Roanoke so far. Standard selection of fruits and veggies that are familiar to any latin household and other products to fill your cabinets. Theres even a money exchange service in the back. Also this place is super clean. No funny smells, no sticky floors, and the shelves were properly dusted and wiped down. The cashier even cleans the belt between customers so if they or you bought meat you have a clean surface to put your products. Oh speaking of buying meats, they dont have any bags of ice! Im new to the area and I have to drive quite far to some here(totally worth it) but it would be nice to have some ice to put the meats on to be able to drive back home with. Why come all the way here you ask? Ill tell ya, this is the only Carnicería Ive found that doesnt pre-season all of their meats. I was able to buy my Carne Arrachera without being tossed in traditional spices. Anyway, parking is terrible but if you are going in with a list and not to browse you should be in and out before the main road gets too bad.

Grocery store with your veggies and meats and all the basics and also has a lot of Latin brands. This place also has fresh tortillas but they run out quick and they are warm. Being from Texas the lot of Mexican stores also have fresh hot flour tortillas but they don’t here or any Latin store in Roanoke that I’m aware of. And actually this store might be Honduran or Salvadorian.

Very clean with busy staff stocking and asking if you need help. Large pots for cooking for the masses! Teas, pan de huevo, piñatas, you name it, they have it! Accepts snap benefits.
