LOVE Earth Fare! Staff are super nice! Such focus on healthy food and so many options. Grass fed, pasture, organic. I find things I can't find in other grocery stores. They have a meat section for such things as elk, bison, venison and even alligator andouille. There is a ground beef that has a few different organ meats ground in which is incredibly healthy. Lots of fresh and frozen seafood options. I usually see a fresh whole fish available, last time was snapper. Also 2-3 different types of raw oysters. This is one of two places where my husband can get his Knudsen's organic veggie juice. Tons of dried beans and grains section where you can get as much or as little as you want from the bins. There are more kombucha flavors and brands than I've seen anywhere else. I always bring a cooler since I know I'm coming back with alot of interesting meats, seafood and kombuchas. I can spend hours in this store.
I wish it was like it was years ago when they first opened. The food, meat, dairy departments are all good but good luck with the supplement/vitamin department. 75% of the time they are out of what I want, why, because they only stock 1. They don't hire people for that department that actually have any knowledge of the products they sell. Nature's outlet at least stocks more than 1 & has very knowledgeable employees. Besides all of that let's talk about the juice bar. On September 22, 2025 I waited there for 20+ minutes for a drink. I normally wouldn't have waited so long but it was a test to see what would happen. Many, 10+ employees saw me standing there & not a single 1 ever offered to help me. I don't know if they thought I was bored so I wandered in to stand around and do nothing but watch. I can only imagine what kind of service I would have gotten had there not been a sign outside advertising to come on in & visit their juice bar 😲 How can you advertise something & then completely ignore it? I did not speak to anyone about this because if it mattered to them it would have never happened. I wish Earth Fare was run better.
They had a great selection. Prices are on the higher end but you expect that from this type of grocer. I only interacted with the sweet woman at checkout. If all the employees are like her I will definitely return.
I’ve visited this store several times, drawn in by its unique selection of nutritious and organic items. The layout is inviting, and the product variety is impressive — I genuinely enjoy discovering new health-conscious options and don’t mind paying a little extra for quality. However, my experience in the bulk section has consistently been unpleasant. Each time I’ve browsed the grains and seeds, I’ve encountered an employee who claims the area as "his department" in a way that feels territorial and aggressive. Rather than offering assistance, he watches me with an intensity that’s deeply uncomfortable — as if I’m doing something wrong simply by shopping. On one occasion, I left the store entirely because of how unsettling his behavior was. I called the manager afterward, hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution, but was met with indifference. Today, I returned and was relieved to see he wasn’t there — until he appeared again, staring me down and approaching me in a way that felt confrontational. It was enough to make me want to abandon my cart and walk out. When I spoke to the manager in person, I expected empathy. Instead, I was given a lengthy explanation about theft in the store and how the bulk section is frequently targeted. While I understand the challenges retail stores face, this doesn’t justify treating customers with suspicion or hostility. I’m there to shop, not to be interrogated or made to feel unwelcome. Her response — "I’ll ask him to tone it back a little" — was disappointing. It suggested that his behavior is acceptable and that I should simply tolerate it. That’s not the kind of customer service I expect, and it’s certainly not the kind that makes me want to return. At this point, I’m unlikely to shop here again. The store may have great products, but the atmosphere created by certain staff members — and the lack of accountability from management — has made it an unpleasant place to be.
Everything today with the word " Organic " is usually more expensive. No different here however their pricing is more affordable than the Fresh Market with I think a better selection of goods
Very nice Earth Fare. It's very clean and they have amazing products. 100% recommend everyone to come here and get real clean food and drinks
Went to get some good meat. Unfortunately pricey so visits will be few. Was good though and people were nice.
