The Lamb Tikka Kabab was great! This was only my second time ordering a meal and both times the lamb was tender enough to cut with a spoon!! Perfectly cooked rice and the salad fresh. Friendly, family-owned and operated. This is one of my favorite places to go. While I wait, I always find something new to leave with and to my kitchen or house. A real one-stop shop.

This place serves up delicious food at reasonable prices. The lunch plate came with a generous portion of chicken kebab accompanied by rice, salad, afghani bread, and a mint sauce. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I will be back to try other items on the menu. The store is very spacious and well stocked with items like saffron, sumac, tahini, etc. There are a few tables for those wanting to dine in. The store employee was super friendly and helpful.

The lamb is so juicy and soft. One of the best lamb kabab I have had in a while. and the potato bolani is as good as an appetizer can be. The platter comes with a drink as well. The mint chutney that comes with either of the dishes deserves a special mention!

Seems like the only Afghan restaurant in Reno, Nevada. Went there the other day to give it a try and im more than impressed. Food was really good, got a Chicken Kabob Plate, Lamb Tikka Kabob Plate and Potato Bolani and it was delicious. 5/5, would recommend trying this place out.

We had a wonderful dinner at Silk Rd. International Market! The staff welcomed us warmly and quickly found us a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The chicken and lamb kebabs were delicious, and the big pot of tea was just what we needed. Great hospitality and a cozy atmosphere — highly recommend!

A nice and clean store with basic Mediterranean grocery items. They do not carry pita bread which is a negative for me but otherwise is a good place to shop for Persian and Arabic ingredients. They make fresh sangam bread which was very tasty. They also make kebabs with rice but have not tried their food yet.

I went there over the weekend and they have everything halal you could possibly need like seasonings, candy, pastries, ghee, frozen goods, or hot food. When I arrived, the hot bar was closed. They had some baklava at the counter, but no containers to put it in. They should at least have plates, utensils, and gloves for the young kid who was working the register and serving. The customer service here leaves much to be desired, but considering the kid was the only one working...
