Great Selection, But Houseplants Need a Little TLC The Walmart in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the better locations I’ve visited—clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I found everything on my list without much hassle, and the smooth, nearly silent shopping cart was a nice surprise! However, I took a look at the garden section and noticed the houseplants could use a bit more love. Some looked a little dry or neglected, which was disappointing considering how solid the rest of the store experience was. Overall, it’s a convenient stop for everyday essentials, but plant lovers might want to shop around if you’re looking for something healthy and thriving.

Had a great experience at this Walmart! Store was clean, organized, and well-stocked, so finding what I needed was easy. The team members were friendly, welcoming, and willing to help without me even having to ask. Checkout was fast and seamless — using Walmart Pay made it even easier. Prices were clear and reasonable, and the overall environment felt comfortable and efficient. Definitely my go-to spot for quick, hassle-free shopping!

I visited after 9:00 PM. Crowd was moderate and I found great deals on vegetarian hamburgers, breakfast sausage, and chicken nuggets. Also excellent prices for Bigelow teas, large size baking soda, and women's health and beauty items. I was in and out of the store in a flash. Cashier was kind and attentive.

The Hot Wheels bin is unacceptable and needs to be addressed and fixed. This looks horrible and stop dumping new cases on top of older stuff..there's a bunch of theft in that bin because of this practice. These need to be hung up on pegs. The item stacked sky high is a violation of height, safety reasons. This needs to be fixed or these actions will be reported to the CEO of the company. 9/28/24 Update: The Hot Wheels bin still hasn't been fixed and they are just dumping new cases on top of the Old destructive Hot wheels cardbacks. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed and hung on pegs. 12/08/24 Update #3: It's gotten worse at this Walmart. The Hot Wheels bin got bigger and more disgusting. There's theft in there..other merchandise and this display is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed and fixed..otherwise I'll do it myself. Hot Wheels need to be hung on pegs..not dumped in a bin where nobody can ever get to the bottom to search for particular vehicles. The cards are getting danaged and vehicles are getting stolen. I'm going to report this to Mattel. Update #3 - July 13th, 2025 Unbelievable. Unacceptable. □ Theft on clearance. Automatic Chargeback. This is coming from someone who has had retail experience from three different chains. These should not be on the shelf. □ Locked up cabinets for these small toy items that is not something that should be locked up. Unacceptable. Impossible to browse through .could take 15-30 minutes to decide. All on Clearance before Christmas. Ridiculous. □ Dvds thrown in bin. These dvds should be on a nice 4-way display for easy browsing. If I Had the time, I would remove all those dvds and fix the bin for easier browsing. Who the hell is in charge at this Walmart? Unacceptable. □ Locked up pants..seriously Walmart. This looks like a school with lockers. Ugly and unacceptable. Retail should not operate like a prison for customers and products. Nothing will sell. □ Hot Wheels. Unacceptable. These small vehicles on card should be on pegs..not thrown in a bin like that. If I Had the time, I would fix and remove all the trash and theft. Walmart employees don't care and management don't care..so sad. Unacceptable. You either put these on pegs or I'll do it myself. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT WALMART..otherwise by 2035..Walmart could be facing bankruptcy.

One of my better visits to Walmart. I had to return some pants that were too small and the get the right size. Easy peasy through customer service, found correct size on neatly arranged shelf, checked out through self checkout (1) item. Breezed in and out. Most excellent!

Bad Customer Service!!! First of all... they got everything locked up and they still don't help open it! I was trying to get something off the shelf in the back that I couldn't reach. So, I went to the closest glass cabinet that was locked and rang the bell. I waited a good 5 minutes and no one came. Wrong it again and waited. Nothing. Since I was by the makeup area, I went to ring the bell over there. Waited like 6 minutes, no one showed up. Walked toward customer service to try and find a worker to help me get the product... no success. So, I grabbed a cane they were selling and got it down. What's the sense of locking something up, if you still cant help your customers get it. No help around there... that's my complaint! But, you have someone always there checking the receipts. Smh
