Market Street

Great place. I go there more than any other grocery store. Encountered two issues today that prompted my review. They won't affect my loyalty to the store, but it would be nice to see them addressed. One issue is that people were parked in the pickup spots and not in their vehicles. I do that on occasion, so it's frustrating when they aren't available for people actually picking up. Hard to fault the store, but a simple camera monitoring the area might help. The other problem was that there weren't any carts inside at either end of the store. When customers are waiting around for them to do business, it's just not professional.

It’s a Great place to shop, they have everything me and my wife need. And great products. No complains. I We LOVE MARKET STREET! Thank God for it!

they don’t even deserve this star but I have to pick one! The bakery is horrible! This looks like a 3 year old wrote it and they think it’s acceptable! Tried to LIE and say they didn’t talk to me and I went in and talked to Jesse today! This is the 2 cake they have done horrible on but the taste is good so I thought I’d give another chance but NEVER again! Never will I spend another dime at their bakery

Update: I did the contact and provided my number as requested. It has been a week and I never heard from them. Guess they only wanted a reply that makes it appear they give a dam about their customers I posted pictures of a nonservice animal in a shopping cart. I got a call today advising they will no longer fill my meds. Who wants to put their food or child where the bulldog had its ass? I thought it was a fair question. Apparently the store disagreed.

Be very careful with what you buy here. On the surface, Market Street appears to be a high-end supermarket. However, I’ve experienced issues on multiple occasions buying food that was expired. Just yesterday I bought a bag of avocados only to find out when I got home that they’re all rotten inside. A month ago, I purchased crepe wraps and as soon as I got home I realized the expiry date was weeks prior to my purchase date. I brought it back and got a refund. HOWEVER, when I went shopping later I found out they STILL kept the expired products on the shelf, after I clearly told them their entire inventory of that product was expired. The person I spoke to about this just didn’t seem to care. It’s one thing if you make a mistake. It’s another thing if a customer points out expired product and you make no effort to remove them from the shelves. I’ve never shopped at any supermarket where I had to be so careful in making sure I’m not buying expired product like Market Street.

Cool home decor. Great place to get a hot lunch or family dinner. Friendly staff. Never had a complaint.

I used market street to order my boyfriends cake because I had used one of the market streets in Lubbock to order my sisters gender reveal cake. The one in Lubbock did phenomenal. This one on the other hand did terrible. Only reason I’m giving two stars is for affordability. I don’t know how they thought this cake was okay to give to a customer. The only reason I kept it is because I picked it up on my boyfriends birthday.
