El Rancho Supermercado

I visited El Rancho in Odessa, Texas while preparing for my daughter’s bridal shower. I went in to purchase tortillas for a discada, and a gentleman named Miguel helped me out. He was incredibly friendly, full of charisma, and went above and beyond to help me choose the right type and amount of tortillas for the number of guests we had. It’s always good to visit a store where people truly enjoy what they do it brightens your day and makes you want to shop and come back. That kind of positive energy makes such a difference, unlike some places where the meat packers or cashiers don’t even smile or acknowledge you with a simple hello. If you ever need to place an order or need help deciding what to get, Miguel is the one to ask for! El Rancho also has a great selection of tortillas flour, maize, corn, and even ones perfect for making huaraches. Outstanding service and excellent quality highly recommend! 🌮👏

Yarina I had a great experience with the cashier today She were welcoming from the moment I approached, handled my items carefully, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. They answered my questions with patience and a smile. It’s refreshing to see this level of customer service it really makes a difference Definitely deserves recognition!

Ibrain, was great and zanary was amazing. I’m visiting from austin and they made me feel at home answering questions and suggesting different meals. I settled with the Menudo and pork and onions with horchetta. I appreciate the welcoming service from the restaurant area. I also wanted to compliment the store it is a clean environment with all the produce well organized and a variety to choose from. I suggestions place for shopping and a place to eat some good authentic Mexican food, my new best friend😁

Today, I had a good experience one of the employees "Miguel" was from the tortilla place Was super understanding and nice. He helped me understand things about the masa for the tamales. was very talkative and nice. Really made my experience for the first time in Rancho. Great thank you again, Miguel!

I bought some chicken and noticed a weird smell! I noticed a double sticker and saw they had covered it with a new sticker to hide the old date!

Miguel does an excellent job at the tortilla station! He is always friendly, quick, and attentive. The tortillas are fresh and made perfectly every time. His great attitude and hard work make the experience even better. Highly recommend his service!
