I had a great experience at Queen Safa Market. It is truly one of the best markets in the area. They offer a wide variety of Afghan foods, and everything tastes fresh and authentic. I especially enjoyed their kabab, qabli palaw and other traditional dishes, the flavors really remind you of homemade Afghan cooking. Besides the delicious food, their customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. The market is clean, well organized, and welcoming. If you are looking for quality groceries, authentic Afghan cuisine, and great service, I highly recommend visiting Queen Safa Market.

Their Kabab (steak) is easily the best I’ve ever had incredibly soft, tender, and seasoned to perfection. You will find the best Qabli Palow here. They also bake the freshest Afghani bread daily, and the prices are very affordable. Beyond the food, they carry a great selection of traditional cultural items and home decor. Yesterday we ordered 50 meals from this restaurant for a memorial ceremony, and the agreed pickup time was between 3:00 and 3:30 PM. Our staff arrived at 2:40 PM, hoping the food might be ready by 3:00. However, not only was the food not ready at 3:00, it was finally handed to us around 3:35 PM. Unfortunately, after receiving the food, we realized that much of it was undercooked. The lamb shanks were not edible at all, and the rice was watery. Only the bread, salad, and kofta were acceptable We tried to speak with the management, but they did not accept responsibility and even accused our staff of making noise in the restaurant, which was not true. I personally returned to the restaurant to follow up, but two kitchen staff members, one of them named Sami, spoke to me disrespectfully. Overall, the food quality, responsibility, staff behavior, and punctuality at this restaurant were very poor and disappointing.

We have bought several carpets. The carpets are beautiful, great price and of excellent quality. It is a pleasure to deal with Queen Safa Market staff . They are highly professional, responsive, honest, and provide amazing service. Also they have a deli section I love the tikka kabob. it was delicious. I love this place and recommend it to anyone.
