Absolutely terrible experience. The staff member named Hamed was extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent, with no respect for customers at all. The wait time for food was unreasonably long, and there was no explanation or apology whatsoever. Even worse, the food quality was inconsistent — some items were very poor, and I noticed that certain products were expired, which is completely unacceptable and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options that actually care about customers, food quality, and basic professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza that was clearly priced at $18, but when I paid, they charged me $26 with no proper explanation. This is not the first time this has happened — I am a regular customer, and almost every visit comes with overcharging and dishonest pricing. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, they act as if complaints don’t matter. Customer service here is consistently poor. What makes it worse is the lack of cleanliness. The restaurant does not look hygienic, which is very concerning for a place that serves food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are many better places that respect their customers, charge fair prices, and maintain basic hygiene standards.

This experience was extremely disappointing and hurtful. We bought a bag of walnuts from them, and almost the entire bag was rotten and covered in mold—only a few were usable. We asked multiple times if the walnuts were good, and we were assured they were. That assurance was dishonest. The money is not what matters here. What truly hurts is the dishonesty from your own people. Selling unsafe, moldy food shows a lack of integrity and respect for the community. Please be honest with your customers and take responsibility. No one should be treated this way.
