Big selection of fresh produce and dried herbs & spices all year round. Yerba maté. Sausage from almost every nationality in South America. No deli.

Located in Queens, Mi Tierra Supermarket is a go-to spot for authentic Latin American spices and ingredients. From ají amarillo and adobo to fresh yuca, plantains, and specialty meats, the market is packed with everything you need to cook dishes from across Central and South America. Their spice aisle is especially impressive, offering hard-to-find seasonings essential for traditional cooking. You’ll also find a great selection of Latin snacks, canned goods, rice, and sodas like Inca Kola. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or discovering new flavors, Mi Tierra is a must-visit for anyone craving real Latin food in Queens

I've been going here for over a year now. They are very catering to my job for those with disabilities which has an acct with the store. They are friendly and help customers when in need. The stock is a plenty so you shouldn't have a problem here. They even stayed stocked up during holidays. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables. I strongly recommend for ethnic foods especially of Latin types.

The items there are expired and I bought tofu and all the tofu was expired some were even like in June and I recommend you to look at the expiration date when buying something to eat and be careful not to eat expired food

Awful customer service. I was going to be charged more for a product, so I told the cashier. She called the manager, and he just glared at me. He didn't want to admit that they were wrong. I had to go myself, take a picture and show them. At the end, he didn't even say sorry. Very rude.

Id love to shop here but I cant support your practices. More then ones ive been stopped just inside the front door to check my bag. I wont do this its my bag and at times I have both valuable and personal items inside of it. Its a standard book bag people carry to classes. When I refuse to give them MY BAG they give you this annoyed look and trace the path you need to take to exit the store with there finger. The path actually forces you to enter the store anyway, then exit after passing the registers. All the while customers watch you like a criminal thinking you stole something when allI want to do is shop. Last time this occured I left the store as asked but stayed near the front door to watch if they do this with everyone. They dont. They only ask the men. The woman walk in with purses bith small and large as well as standard book bags without checking in. Im typing this to inform you that this practise is both demeaning and most importantly DISCRIMINATORY. I brough this up with the manager (a woman who refused to give me her name and she said and I quote, "Well its different with women because they have personal items in their bag.) Im adding this into the review section so this store cant claim that they where not informed. Attached is the picture of the no named manager.
