Update 1/27/2026: The Tesla Superchargers appear to be completely installed and waiting for permit approvals and activation. They're the new super fast 500 kW version, and there is a dedicated handicap stall ⚡️ A helpful customer service guy said they expected to be up and running by January, but unusually cold weather has impacted testing and opening. Original: TESLA SUPERCHARGER COMING! I heard rumors a few months ago, so I stopped in and talked to Jennifer the assistant store manager. She hadn't heard anything but promised to call me back with more info. And she did—not just once, but twice! Today she followed up with the news that Tesla supercharger stations will be installed at their Eden Prairie and Knollwood locations this fall. I really appreciate her friendly professionalism and look forward to shopping at this store!

Customer Experience Feedback – Eden Prairie Location To the Leadership Team, I’m writing as a long-time customer of Cub Foods - Eden Prairie and as someone with a professional background in marketing and creative advertising. I want to begin by saying I genuinely want this store to thrive. I appreciate that Cub has taken initiative to provide employment opportunities for individuals with limited mobility. That speaks well of the company’s values. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue that affects the customer experience: grocery carts frequently pile up near the registers and exit corridor, often creating congestion right at the door. On multiple occasions, while navigating around these carts, I’ve observed staff members near the front end who appear available but not addressing the situation. From a customer’s perspective, this creates an immediate disconnect. The shelves are often well-faced and organized — which I commend — but that positive impression is quickly overshadowed by clutter at the exit and what feels like a lack of urgency. Retail is competitive. Grocery shopping, in particular, is habit-driven. Customers choose where to shop based on experience just as much as price. Clean, organized, well-lit, and efficiently run stores communicate care and professionalism. When carts block exits or the store feels dated in paint or lighting, it sends a different message. I’m not asking for chandeliers or major renovations. I’m simply asking for consistent initiative — doing the basics exceptionally well. Grocery 101: clear entrances and exits, visible energy from staff, and pride in presentation. Each day, leadership and staff might consider asking: "What gives someone a reason to choose Cub over the store down the street?" It’s similar to dining out — if service feels inattentive, customers question whether that’s the experience the staff would accept themselves. I offer this feedback respectfully and with the hope that Cub remains a strong, competitive presence in Eden Prairie. I want to continue shopping here with confidence and pride.

Today my wife was in cub food . She made a purchase and forgot to ring up the water, at which point she made a second purchase, which was the water after the second purchase, she began to leave a cub employee by the name of Marsha, then approached my wife and said did you pay for that water and snatch the receipt out of her hand. now we understand it is her job to make sure that all purchases are paid for, but it is rude and inconsiderate to snatch something out of someone’s hand. It is actually a violation of space. My wife then proceeded to go to the manager by the name of Miranda to which point she did nothing at all to the employee. She simply stated it’s her job to check and make sure that you pay for things. well, we live in Eden Prairie and we try to keep our business in the community. Looks like I’ll be going to Lunds and Byerlys or to Hy-Vee in Shakopee simply distasteful how you could be

I go to this Cub almost every time for my grocery. They have a good range of produce and groceries. The quality and stock of all the grocery here are very good. I really like that they are open till late night. The prices are reasonable and a very good Cub foods store!

Their daily has the best chicken wild rice soup! Wish they would make it more often. The daily employee was so nice when I call to check if there was any chicken wild rice soup and offered to save me some since there wasn’t much left. I truly appreciate as I have been craving their chicken wild rice soup for awhile and they finally have it again.

Whomever, is managing Eden Prairie Cub on Den road, is a Gem. The store is clean, stocked. The gentleman in the deli, has worked there for eight years in June, and is retiring. And the deli is presented better than Byerlys. He was cleaning when I walked up to the case. The prices are excellent, and look at these decorations in the bakery. The stores like Byerlys, Lunds etc. just don't care as much Thank you for a great grocery store
