I have been coming to this location (store #035) for a few months now, I live in Irvine by the way. It's an ok store but most likely will not be going there any more. I went there on 10/10/25 and the cashier (named Amanda) was kind of rude. She looked at me funny and overcharged me for some items. I paid for my groceries and I just let it be. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that she had overcharged me when reviewing my receipt two days later. My son was behind me with his grocery items, she rang him up and when he went to pay for his stuff he was having some issues with his card on the payment machine so after a couple of tries and it still not working, I ended up paying for his things with my debit card but she rudely sighed and rolled her eyes and aggressively handed me the receipt. As much as it angered me, I kept my composure, took the receipt for my son's groceries and left. It is disgusting how rude the cashiers and baggers are (plus the baggers need more training in proper bagging). They both need more customer service training. Never going back to this place again!

This place is great. I used to find this great tea at other places. Not anymore. Here it's always available and at a very competitive price. Love this place. I cruised the world twice. Lived in places like Geneva Switzerland and London. There aren't many businesses that take the time to response to a review, and even less on such a nice and kind way. I'm on Costa Mesa on training in and out till September. I will be here everyday. You can find everything here and the associates and managers are absolutely great. This business is way up there close to the best of the best. Thank you!

Best Stater Brothers ever! Best in class service and a great management team! Helped me out with everything I needed! Love the atmosphere in there! For sure my go to grocery store! I highly recommend!

Great employees all very polite and cheerful people.I needed help looking for an item and they were quick to hepl me find it.

I love its Location and the fact that there is a lot of parking spaces The staff are unprofessional, gives you the vibe of them not wanting to work there or they’re forced to be there The market isn’t clean at all, always brought it up till this time I decided to write it here

Kudos and another big 'Thank You' to Ricardo in the meat department, who took time to help us and check on another item in the store when their phone system is not working properly and the meat dept is the only extension working. Ricardo ~ you went out of your way to extend excellent customer service and we hope Stater Brothers values your efforts as much as we do. Because you checked, we sent someone over at 6am right away to get the Ricola Original Herb cough drops needed. Ricardo, you are the best! Stater Brothers ... you need to fix your phone system asap!!!
