Mitsuwa Marketplace

This place was packed during lunch when we were there on a Saturday. We took forever to find a parking spot. This was the largest Mitsuwa that I've been to. It had fun little stores inside and a nice big food court. We already had lunch prior but grabbed some delicious but pricey boba teas while we were shopping. We would definitely want to come back when it's not so crowded to grab a meal in their food court.

Definitely bigger than the one in Cypress! Went during the weekday at 11am. Parking was easy underground. We beat the lunch rush because after we got sat down and got our food, it started getting crowded.

Mitsuwa in Costa Mesa is such a great Japanese grocery store! They were having an Autumn Gourmet Fair when we visited, and there were so many authentic Japanese items we couldn’t resist. Everything looked delicious and beautifully presented — it really felt like shopping in Japan! Parking was a little busy, but it’s free, so no complaints. Loved the experience and can’t wait to go back!

It's a good Japanese food court with lots of food choices and yummy as well, all are made fresh, there's a tempura place that seriously it's so tempting! The place tend to be packed, so come early and use your good eyes to look for vacant table! Tips would be, eat comfortably so you would be happy to give your table to others when you're comfort! They need bigger space for the tables since the hype is real, the yummy food is a fact!

Mitsuwa Marketplace is such a fun spot, it really feels like a slice of Japan in OC. I love browsing through the food court and trying all the different stalls, from ramen to desserts. They also have so many cute and unique items in the shops that always make me feel like I’m walking through a little market in Japan. It’s my go-to place whenever I want good food and a fun, authentic Japanese vibe without leaving OC.

Great spot to eat, shop, and walk around for something to do. Love the grocery store attached to the food court!

Great variety of Japanese food. They have prepared meals, quality rice and even drinks and snacks. The sore is paired with a chocolate store, Daiso and Maido. There's also several eateries serving a variety of Japanese dishes.
