Great store with a selection of fresh fruits, Eastern Asian foods, and snacks. Parking is conveniently located in front, making it easy to access. Also features an Amazon pickup locker, available for easy package retrieval until 9 PM.

FIM is possibly the cleanest and neatest Asian store we have visited among various states. While it is not the largest store we have seen, the selection and variety of the products are well-balanced and adequate. The vegetable choices are pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. We did not see many fruit varieties there, but it did not bother us much. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to be a regular patron. I am rating this 4.5 stars, but since there is no between scores, I am rating it 5 stars, because the small shortfall shouldn't warrant one star discount that may affect their overall ratings. How I rate:- 1-2 stars - Businesses/professionals that do not meet the minimum standard of service. 3 stars - Businesses/professionals that meet the minimum standard of care/service and nothing more; or when they try to compensate for the lack of service by being really nice. 4 stars - Businesses/professionals that take extra effort to be friendly and meet the minimum expected standard. 5 stars - Exemplary service/products and customer service/care.

It seems fresh and clean. It has an Amazon locker in it which is very convenient. Only thing I would recommend is fix the broken crumbling flooring in the entrance of the store that is partially covered by a mat: I have tripped on it multiple times and it is a safety hazard. Also the arrows in the parking lot really need to be repainted because when turning in from Neil St it’s basically impossible to see which way to enter versus exit which can be problematic in busy times

After you are done with grocery shopping, if you wanna use their restroom, you will have to purchase their toilet paper. We actually told the worker that there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, and he pointed at it on the shelve and said"No, you have to buy it." So we ended up spending an extra 11 bucks on toilet paper.

Bought fresh bakery here many times and love it. But the cream buns I got this time at the open fridge area were inedible. It tastes like it had been soaked in rubbing alcohol and dried. Maybe they added too much baking soda or used the wrong chemicals. I spat it out and check the other two in the same plastic box, they taste just as awful. Tried to call the store and got no answer. I ended up tossed the everything in the trash in the parking lot.

The store is clean and tidy, the service is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I feel very satisfied with it. I hope they continue to take customer suggestions into account and keep improving.

Lots of variety and a lot to choose from. Pretty big Asian market. Things are pretty fresh and if you go early enough in the morning, it isn’t too crowded so it makes for good shopping. The fresh produce section is a little limited though!
