I bought two bars of "Dubai chocolate" from Teso Life, and the experience was awful from start to finish. When I opened it, the chocolate was rock-hard and basically indigestible. The "pistachio" inside tasted fake, almost plastic. I went back to the store for a refund, and the customer service made everything worse. Instead of listening, the staff tried to brush me off by repeating "where is your receipt, where is your receipt", I gave them evidence and he claimed it was a "best seller" with "over 1,000 sold in two months." When I asked for proof, the employee got flustered, refused to confirm anything, and suddenly shoved two dollars in cash into my hand while pushing me toward the door. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be buying from this location again.

Worse worker except the cashiers (their pretty nice by experiences since I go their all the time). The products are good . Manger or boss should train their workers to be more nicer and not bitchy. They should train their staffs to be nice at least. And stop following the customers and keep looking at them like their thefts it’s rlly uncomfortable.

This is the best Teso store in NYC. You can find almost every Asian beauty products here. The store is huge and well managed.

This store is super cute!! The inside is so colorful and fun! Lots of makeup variety and awesome snacks!

Gotta grab those Japanese snacks whenever you can. Lots of stuff in this store. In the perfect area for it too. Can’t wait to get to Japan and see what’s going on over there

A fun and relaxing store to go to pick up everyday essentials, adorable and detailed figurines, and snacks! Description of the Store + Positives In the corner of the place are claw machines, and on the other side is an area dedicated to figurines and items such as DIY (Do it yourself) kits. Further down has makeup and products for skincare. Towards the middle of the store are large shelves with products ranging from shampoo, conditioner, facemasks, to medicine, snacks, and drinks. In the back are supplies for the kitchen! There are plates, ceramic pots, and knives. There especially seems to be a lot of good quality Japanese knives. There are also cabinets and storage stackers for the kitchen and fridge. Another smaller shelf is for stationery with an arrangement of pens, some notebooks and pencil cases. Negatives Although the store seemed to be relatively clean, once, a roach was spotted on the umbrella rack, which dimmed my experience by a little bit. This raises concerns on the actual cleanliness of the place, but in my opinion, it is not a huge deal since the bug wasn't near the food area.
