They said they’re 24 hours and then I get there. It was about 4 o’clock in the morning and then all the registers are closed so they are not 24 hours because they’re closing the registers at four. I literally just drove all the way here because they’re 24 hours for them not to be 24 hours. I was in the store for a second and then I hear over the loudspeaker oh closing the registerswhy advertise 24 hours if you’re not open 24 hours, that was the biggest scam I’ve ever heard in my entire life you close just say it, dude I just drove all the way down here for no reason. I’m so pissed.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent shopping experience. On my first visit, I returned a yogurt that was expired. I acknowledge that I should have checked the expiration date; however, after working a 12-hour shift, I was focused on purchasing my items quickly. When I returned to address the issue, I was told that checking dates was solely my responsibility. While I understand personal responsibility, this was my first incident and the response felt dismissive rather than understanding head cashier Mercy. The second issue occurred when an item was marked at $3.69 on the shelf but scanned at $4.49. I intended to purchase three of these items. When I pointed out the price discrepancy, the cashier was kind and helpful, but another associate informed me that I should have checked the barcode myself by Mercy. At that point, I chose not to complete the purchase due to frustration with how the situation was handled. I value respectful customer service, and unfortunately, these interactions felt condescending. Because of this, I now prefer to shop elsewhere. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future customer interactions are handled with more understanding and professionalism. A few of the chasiers are biased Mercy, with the semi-blonde hair... Avoid her. Also the cake lady has a bad attitude.

i’ve been shopping here for years, but several times over the past year I’ve bought fish that spoiled within a day or two — even though it was stored properly and still within the expiration date. At first, management refused a refund due to a 24-hour policy, but eventually applied the amount toward my next purchase "as an exception." This isn’t about policy — it’s a food safety issue that keeps happening. Very disappointing.

Everything was fine until I poured the cheese onto the ground beef and realized it was expired. The cheese tasted sour, and my roommate’s child ate some and got sick. They are selling expired products, which is unacceptable. I spent $60, and it was a complete waste of money.

It’s a nice beautiful new renovated supermarket. There’s a lot of food big open space a lot of Lighting. The only downfall is there is a lot of help to find stuff and there’s a bunch of Instacart shoppers running like a chicken with their hands cut off and besides that it’s very convenient area and now they have parking, which is great
