the amazon return experince was really bad and outright harrasment. the lady working at 7.50 PM at the counter... tokd me we r not taking returns.. while there was sign BRB... i waited for 15 minutes .. she was just roaming around.. then i went for shopping.. cane back and she started taking returns. these r highly unprofessional folks. have zero working ethics and lack professionlism at all. this is what amazon customer experience at thi store is. date: jan-22nd-2026.
Another organic grocery store — and surprise! They have a hot food bar 🥗🍱 So many cuisines from around the world, everything looked way too tempting 🤤 I almost had a full-on decision-making meltdown… in a supermarket 😂
The fish monger station looked VERY FRESH like it was just picked from the pier. Everyone was nicely displayed also. I only came for produce but ended up loading on seafood. Super excited to cook everything. Also the attendant Amsatou was very very friendly and informative, and even offered to clean the whole snapper! Il be back! Best Whole Foods in ATL easily!
Whole Foods Market has great quality, fresh produce, and a solid selection of organic and specialty items. The stores are clean, well-organized, and the staff is generally helpful. It’s a reliable place to shop if you’re looking for premium ingredients. That said, the prices have become extremely hard to justify. Even everyday basics like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and snacks feel significantly more expensive than they should be, and a regular grocery run can easily turn into a very large bill. It’s starting to feel less like a grocery store for normal weekly shopping and more like a luxury stop for occasional items. The quality is there, but the pricing has reached a point where it’s difficult to shop here consistently.
Came to refill my water, the water station was nasty, someone was making a noodle soup in there , the manager didn’t answer the call right away, prior to that I asked 2 ppl on the floor to help me, one was rude and acted like she had to run. Another one called help on a radio -no communication in return. Finally, the manager came along and helped to a cleaning lady to take care of the mess, And of course there was a duplicitous smile, which was hilarious. Thank for doing your job again!
Today’s experience at the butcher counter was extremely disappointing. I requested a simple, standard service, trimming and cleaning chicken breasts, and two butchers refused without any explanation. When I asked for the manager, Kayli, she initially confirmed that they do offer that service, then changed her answer once she heard what her staff had told me. The inconsistency and lack of clarity were very unprofessional. It also raises a very simple question: what is the role of the butcher then?. If the butcher counter cannot trim or cut chicken in a specific way, why is raw chicken even displayed at the counter for customers to request assistance with. The entire purpose of a butcher counter is to help with trimming, portioning, and basic preparation. If that service is not available, it should be communicated clearly instead of giving conflicting answers. This is not the first issue I have had at this location. I stopped placing online pickup orders because my items were repeatedly not ready, even when ordered well in advance. I also contacted customer service and waited more than 15 minutes on hold without receiving any help or being able to speak with someone from corporate. For a store that presents itself as a premium shopping experience, the service here continues to fall short. I would like someone from corporate to contact me regarding this situation.
The store has many great selections. It’s located right off of Roswell Road and 285. Plenty of seating to have lunch. They offer a hot bar salad, fresh bakery, gourmet coffee and any enormous drink selection from the cooler. Great customer service. Fabulous location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏽🐺
