Stater Bros. Store 110 in Apple Valley went above and beyond for an educational experience! The managers, Gabriel and Marlene, collaborated with corporate to welcome 80 ninth-grade students from Lucerne Valley Middle/High School for a real-life grocery budgeting field trip. Each student team had a budget and dietary restrictions, and they shopped in teams of three to get as close to their budget as possible. The entire staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and enthusiastic, making the students feel welcome and engaged throughout the experience. Janie from corporate also attended and helped facilitate the event. This hands-on learning opportunity was amazing, and we are so thankful to everyone at Stater Bros. Highly recommend!

Very rude cashier (bald headed male). Felt he was a bit racist too toward the elder lady in front of me & myself, who aren't white like he is (he said some sarcastic remarks). But this is the main issue: Got some Nature Valley protein bars that were marked down to $1.99 each, with digital deal. However, when he rang them up after I entered my phone number, the discount didn't come up. (Perhaps he didn't press a certain key while he was making the sarcastic remarks? I shouldn't have to tell him how to do his job.) So he impatiently went to grab the "normal price" label back to where I was waiting, saying those were $3.99 each. At that price, I decided not to get them. Afterwards, I followed him back to the breakfast aisle and pointed to him where I got those from, with the prices marked down, but he just dismissed me, saying those were $3.99 each, rather than the $1.99 each, and left. After that kind of unprofessional customer service treatment from a store that I usually frequent, I will never go back again or recommend this store to anyone!!!!! Not even worth giving a star!

Well it is a Stator Bros. A small, but nice one. I like it better than the Moreno Valley one on Iris. It was cleaner and better or maybe stocked better. I was able to get everything I needed and the check out was fast and friendly.

I love shopping at the store when people are friendly and the store is clean, that's what I've been getting lately when I go early for my groceries and see a worker, Arturo cleaning up the outside of the store which is nice and he is always polite and nice and says goodmorning, the cashier Emily is also very sweet. Glad to see good customer service is still around 5 stars!

I love consistency. And if you do too then this is your place to shop. In 34 years shopping at the store I can only remember one reset and that means the time it takes to do your shopping can you be done extremely quickly and efficiently. The only unfortunate thing about Stater Brothers in general is they are no longer the low price leaders at least not here in the high desert

This stater bros has been in this location since I was a kid and it has always remained the Same environment.. wonderful, heartwarming, inviting,friendly environment. I really love going here because all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable of their store. Not once have I heard "I dont work in that department, so I'm not sure" so I appreciate that response. Their baggers are so efficient at how they put things in the bag and never have I seen one mad worker. They rarely have long lines and even if they do you'll see a manager come down from their office to help out. Now that is excellence in customer service, their cart retrievers are so dedicated that they'll go in the rain! To get that cart, amazing work. Their meats are so tastey and fresh and if you want a particular size of cut these guys do it all from seasoning, to cubing and cutting, so efficient!So if you're ever in need of quality meats, and a friendly environment this is your store! Great job everyone keep it up!

Clean well lit store. Shelves always stocked. Very helpful and courteous employees.
