I Love Fresh Thyme and this Apple Valley location specifically is my favorite! MOST of the staff are very kind and accommodating which is awesome. However. . . the guys who work behind the Meat counter seem bothered to help. They appear very irritated and annoyed that you're there asking questions. They both use a bit of a condensending tone when addressing your inquiries and one in particular responded with an awful attitude after my mom asked for her fish to be weighed close to a certain price she was requesting and said, "I can't do an exact amount!" I kindly let him know he didn't have to speak to her that way and it was very rude of him to do so. Sadly. . . I question whether they treat everyone this way or just us for certain reasons I won't mention online. It's unfortunate that in the current times we live in. . . the actions of certain groups of people come into question. I'm trying not to make assumptions so I will leave it there. Hopefully by the Grace of God things will turn around and people will do better. . . and be better. . . Lord willing! 🤍

Super rude staff wouldnt help me when their registers werent working and I was in line and made eye contact with the employee who claims they didnt see me though they scoffed at me I dont know if its because I have bright pink hair because of my coworker who is actively battling breast cancer or maybe it was my pronoun and pride pins. I only stopped in to see if they still held their $5 sushi event and to get water for some protesters who had the time ti stand up for our rights and help protest ICE in the area. The manager told me I should have moved to a different register not seeing there were two older woman using them and I had informed them I wasn't going to rush two older women because their cashier didnt want to talk to me or help me out. Then to top it off the package for the water ripped on the way out and they also refused to help me pick them up as they were rolling everywhere. Super rude staff managers name was Eric and I didnt catch the cashiers name but he was tall with a black beanie on.

A lot of great items here. Fresh produce..good supplements fresh organic produce! Great maple syrup options here for gifts....lots of gifts for sick friends can be found here if fighting flu!! ❤️

Quality has been slipping for quite some time. The most recent change was the new Grass Fed beef, looks absolutely disgusting. No discernible muscle meat in there, it's just a pink paste that looks vile. The manager at this store should be embarrassed of himself.

We love shopping there for fresh produce at great prices and meat specials. We can also find Minnesota made specialties for special gifts out of state. We love shopping there because in 20 minutes, weekly shopping can be completed.

I love this place that has everything that I want and the prices are good and it has a lot of really healthy foods!

So this store is quite unique in the fact that they sell primarily natural and great products that are truly good to you. They don’t offer a lot of garbage products and if they do, they tend to be quick sellers like energy drinks. they offer so many all natural products here. It is actually because of this I began to move away from garbage foods and experiment with all natural variations of things I normally consume. I have been surprised with how good their products are! Since then I have began trying many different things and have introduced quite a few of their products into my diet. Their store is remarkably clean and their personnel are amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about their products. Make sure you stop in and give them a try!
