Sprouts Farmers Market

I went to the store 12/29 and I was looking for some vitamins and Kritiann assisted me with my vitamin needs And let me know that there was 25% off on vitamins 🙌🏼 She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. She was very welcoming and I felt valued as a customer. When I checked out w/Jesse, he is amazing. He always ask if I found everything that I needed. Is there anything else that he could do for me? I never feel rushed when he checks me out. I feel notice. I really want to praise them. They are Golden, in a world where customer service is falling apart they uplift hope!

So glad this Sprouts is here. Staff is super cool. Great discounts too. Shout out to Jesse for being helpful

Commendation for Outstanding Employee - Todd (Produce) Dear Sprouts Management, I am writing to formally commend an employee at your Apple Valley store who has made a significant and positive impact on my shopping experience. In my professional capacity as a Guest Service Supervisor for two of the largest casinos in California, I have extensive experience in evaluating and recognizing exceptional customer service. My observations across various Sprouts locations, including those in Rancho Cucamonga, Temecula, Victorville, Redlands,Tustin, Ventura County, Las Vegas and many more. , have unfortunately revealed a consistent lack of proactive guest engagement and a general unfriendliness while shopping especially when assistance is requested. The Apple Valley store, however, has been a refreshing departure. I have become a regular customer due to the consistently positive experiences I have there, particularly with an employee named Todd, who works in the produce department. Todd's unwavering smile, his consistent greetings to all customers, and his genuine enthusiasm for assisting are truly noteworthy. His positive demeanor and upbeat spirit create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. His dedication to his role is clearly evident. While many other associates in the store seem disengaged, Todd stands out as a remarkable exception. His exceptional service is the primary reason I will continue to choose this Sprouts location for my shopping needs. He is an invaluable asset to your team and a testament to the kind of guest service that fosters loyalty.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this incredible Apple Valley Sprouts! Always a very positive shopping experience here. Staff is so kind, helpful and upbeat! Honestly, this little market has made my life much easier- perfect location, fast and organized, vast supplements and vitamin selection, good sales, rewards program, nice selection of pre-made dinners (for the nights you just don’t feel like preparing a big ordeal of a dinner), good vegetarian selections, and finally, AMAZING SERVICE! Checker Jesse, along with the other employees, make your day that much better with their kindness. Highly recommend!! PS- I do wish they had a juice bar like Mother’s 😉 (hint hint!)

I was pleased to find a Sprouts near my elderly relative in Apple Valley. Yes, some items are blatantly more expensive than at other stores in this town, but it's kinda nice! Pleasant & light customer service. Glad to see some crunchy granola person options and useful Sprouts brand items.

Kam and Eddie are still the best. I followed them all the way to the new location. Please give these guys a raise. Top tier customer service. And the new store us AMAZING!

Sapphire was absolutely wonderful during my visit. Her kindness truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to be helpful. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers, and her positive attitude made a big difference. Sprouts is lucky to have her
