Kristen Ochsner, PA - Dermatology PA

Everyone was very kind and informative. I've never been in to have my skin checked over before, but found the reviews really helpful and chose this place, since it has the highest ratings. I decided I should get checked out since I work outside Even their hold messages are informative. The doctor explained my area of concern, was very thorough and that it wasn't anything to worry about and found what I've always thought was just a pimple from my sun hat rubbing that wouldnt go away for awhile now, she said it could be basal, and sent a small sample to the lab to find out. She told me what steps we will take if the lab results say it is basal. I'm glad to have a new regular place to be looked over yearly (or more often, if necessary) that knows more of what they are looking at than my regular doctor, since they are specialists.

All my needs were taken care of, and everyone at this clinic is wonderful. Kristen is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly get to the bottom of an issue I had been dealing with for weeks. They also respect your time, appointments run on schedule, and they get you in and out efficiently. I will definitely continue to see Kristen as my dermatologist.

The entire staff is first rate. Never do they make you feel rushed. They all make you feel like you’re the most important person they are seeing today. I highly recommend Kristen.

Kristen is the third dermatology specialist I have seen due to the previous 2 not listening to me and my needs. My initial appointment with her was fantastic, I felt like she really listened to my main concerns and even addressed another skin concern I had and offered to speak with other colleagues to get additional opinions for peace of mind. I feel like she really values her patients and wants to resolve concerns rather than rushing and moving on to the next patient quickly. Also offered other alternatives for treatments that were not offered by previous dermatology specialists I’ve seen. 10/10 highly recommend!

First of all, I was very fortunate to be able to get in as quickly as I did. The staff was courteous and professional. No waiting. Ms Ochsner listened carefully to my problem and did not hesitate to take action to help me solve it. I am scheduled for fu visit after lab results are in.

Kristen is wonderful. She got me in as a new patient when my previous dermatologist not only canceled me, they wouldn't work me in for a skin issue. Grateful for her. Her office staff are fantastic people. As a former medical person, I appreciate an well run, caring medical team. Highly recommend.
