The people who work here are very kind, understanding and gentle. Dr. Brough is a very kind man. He listens to his patients and is efficient and gentle. You know it's good when the people who work there are happy to be there. I highly recommend them.

I love my provider. She always explains everything she is doing and prescribing and why. Her medial assistant is also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has anything wrong with their skin.

I visited Colleen Young on this Tuesday for the dark spots on my face. Her nurse told me that she will fax the prescription to the pharmacy in Arizona for me, but I haven’t received any phone calls from the pharmacy, so I called and left several messages but haven’t received any call back from her. I had to call the front desk this afternoon to ask her about it. She told me that no matter what I left 50 messages or more the nurse won’t call me back since she is very busy with the patients. Well, you are busy to collect the patients’ money without caring about your patients’ concern??? You live on your patients but how come you treat your patients so rude??? (I mention to the front desk who was rude to me) I understand that you are busy but you need to check the voicemail and respond to your patients right? She was so mean to me, so I had to hang up on her. She said I raised my voice and interrupted her but the way she treated me like unprofessional and she was unhappy to help me at all. Colleen Young is nice and I like her but the way the front desk treats your patients is unacceptable. If I don’t need you, I won’t bother you ok. This is my first time and also my last time to see your facility since I paid for no treatment that is not fair to me.

5 STAR VISIT from front office to that with provider. Those who greet and check out very friendly & encouraging. Colleen Young very thorough with exam and zeroed in on a back itch I've had for years calling it a "real thing" and giving it a name. She prescribed a helpful creme. Britain very helpful nurse who took notes while exam being performed & took care of RX. Sue Randolph

I live on west side and go to west side office. My provider decided she wasn't going to see patients anymore on west side, only on east side. No one notified me of the change. The address was in the txt and I didn't notice the east side address. I went to west side office and realized the change. I called to explain that I was now going to be late. The lady on the phone was rude and made it seem like it was all my fault. If I has known about the provider not seeing patients on west side anymore I would have changed providers. I missed my appointment which had been scheduled a year out in advance.

I feel disappointed in my visit today. My OB sent me here on a referral to check a rash that had developed on my legs during a pregnancy and after some unfortunate circumstances continued after the pregnancy ended. The suggestions by the doctor were fine but I don't feel like I was really listened to during my appointment and it felt like the interaction was brief and I couldn't express my full concerns. I fully admit that I was running behind thi morning but I still found that the interaction was very brief, intense, and lacked empathy for the situation. I respect that certain skin conditions are hard to diagnose and treat but I do not feel like I got anywhere with this rash and knowing more about it other than changing my laundry detergent and body wash products. I also wanted to mention that my email was not confirmed over the phone so the email was incorrect when I came to fill out the paperwork and I was never sent a reminder email as a result. Despite having a recheck scheduled I don't want to return to this clinic and will likely go elsewhere.

Heartland Dermatology is an amazing medical clinic! You couldn't ask for a better team of doctors and nurses. You are important and questions are always answered. All procedures are explained. You are kept aware of what is going on during the time you are being attended to. I would highly recommend them!
