Purchased IPL package in auction fundraiser. I was a bit concerned about a new place but when I finally found the salon, INCREDIBLE! Kelsey is educated and professional. Talked me thru what would be best for my skin. Had the most relaxing treatment ever. I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me a new skin care line. I knew by the time she was finished, this was going to be my salon and Kelsey is going to be my person. I trusted her and the results were amazing.

Kelsey was very friendly and knowledgeable with the procedure. She explained everything and why. She even explained what to expect in the short term as well as long term with the procedures to come.
