I always get quality care, and the staff is so pleasant. Jaime Laporte is wonderful and always makes me feel comfortable and patiently answers my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this facility.

My apt was with on Tuesday January 6 2026 with Jamie laPointe she was wonderful, kind and caring. Her assistance Camila had a great smile and a bubble personality. Had a small biopsy done , Jamie explain everything to me regarding the procedure and step by step what I would feel. Thank u Jamie and Camila for putting at ease with my apt.

The team assisting me was very attentive and helpful. I went for a yearly skin exam but they also treated my hormonal acne and answered other skin questions I had. I felt that I was in good hands the whole time

Today 1/15/2026, I met with Jamie and her assistant and they are both very kind, supportive and compassionate. I was nervous about my biopsy today because it was right under my eye. Jamie explained absolutely everything they were doing each step of the way. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a visit to Dermatology!

My daughter is 20 years old and new to managing medical appointments on her own. She mistakenly brought an old insurance card, which I understand happens and can be resolved easily. What is not acceptable is the way your receptionist handled the situation. She was told, "Your appointment is in 10 minutes, you need to figure it out," and was rudely dismissed when she asked to call me for help, and was spoken to in a sarcastic, condescending tone when confirming her phone number. At no point was she treated with patience, professionalism, or basic courtesy. Her tone and impatience were unacceptable. She was irritated that this check-in wasn't going smoothly, even though she was 15 minutes early. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and how they speak to patients, especially young adults who are still learning, matters. My daughter left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable before even seeing a provider, and that should never happen in a medical setting. While some of the reviews state that the staff were kind, which maybe some are, the person we dealt with needs re-trained on being respectful to patients, or advised to not work in customer service roles. It was an awful experience.

This was my first visit to the practice and had a very good experience. The doctor was very personable and straightforward. The front desk organization was a bit of a head scratcher: there was a sign to wait until called, but no apparent sign in sheet. Also, upon leaving, there was a sign at the check out desk that it was closed. I guess if they need anything more, they'll reach out.

Dr. hetrick is a wonderful doctor. he always gives me a hand bump and does a competent job as far as I can tell from a layman's perspective. and is extremely caring. thank you. money can't buy that type of concern and care. I really appreciate your personal touch. and everyone in the office has the same care and concern to do right by the patient.
