Dermatology Partners - West Lawn

Dr. Sun and staff were pleasantly kind, professional, and thorough. For my first visit made me feel welcome. I believe I shall return for a followup. Maybe to one of their closer offices coming soon, so I hear.

I got in for my exam with no time in the waiting room. I see BRANDI because she is always very consistent with her examinations and treatments. She’s very thorough and caring which I find very important. She reviews what needs to be done and confirms it afterwards. I always leave feeling fully served.

I look forward to appointments with Dermatology Partners at the West Lawn facility. I am confident that I receive top-notch medical care from the capable staff. Nurse Practitioner Sun Nguyen in particular brings a cheerful level of professionalism. She understands my concerns and always provides feedback that I can understand. Doctors visits can be daunting at times. Sun Nguyen always puts me at ease prior to any necessary procedures. She is an asset to the practice.

My first experience wasn't great, the provider was very quick and not personable. I was only seen for 5 min, maybe. Second appt with a different provider made up for it. She was very friendly, took her time, answered questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommended Brandi LaFountain CRNP.

Brandi's tech was super kind and listened to my concerns. Brandi was very kind, extremely professional and was excited to give me a clean bill of health! I highly recommend this practice. From the time I walked in and registered being there until I was called to be seen....well, I barely warmed the seat! The staff is friendly and they all acted as if they love their jobs. A pleasant surprise as some people you encounter let you know they hate their job! Not so here! Kudos to the staff!!!

Brandi is and always has been wonderful to me and my family. She always asks about my little one even when she is not present at the appointment and checks in on me mentally and emotionally which really makes her one of a kind. I trust her opinion and what she recommends, always!

Quick, friendly and takes time with questions. Takes great care of people and makes sure you leave happy. Great doctor's office.
