I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Aires and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Aires is not only highly knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly caring and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. What stood out even more was the outstanding support from the staff. Every member of the team I dealt with is courteous, compassionate, and clearly very competent in what they do. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of medical excellence and genuine care. He is very friendly, personable and thorough. My 11-year-old daughter absolutely loves him. It can be hard to find a doctor that is good with kids. Dr. Aries is one of those doctors.

Dr. Daniel Aires was rude and unprofessional. He criticized how I looked which (I would think) is a sensitive subject for people visiting the dermatologist in the first place. He had very obviously not read the nurse’s form beforehand because he was surprised by the medication I was taking. Above all, I was pressured to start with acutane treatment even though I have diagnosed depression which I told them about. While he reassured me that acutane doesn’t actually cause or worsen depression, I couldn’t start the medication in good faith because the government contract specifically stated that if I have depression symptoms I must stop the treatment. Did he think I would just go around this contract from the government? His behavior was absurd. The people at the reception desk were nice though.

Amazing Doctor. Wish all Doctors are like Dr. Aires. He was so smooth, explained everything and answered all my questions.
