I visited Bloom Med Spa for the first time for a Botox treatment & the experience was amazing. I’ve only had Botox from one person before, so I was nervous about trying a new place. From checking in to checking out, I was so happy & all my nervous feelings were put at ease. The esthetician, Brenna, was so sweet & professional. She provided comfort & confidence that I was going to be in good hands. Cindy did my Botox service & I am so excited to have found her. She was very knowledgeable & professional. She cared about how I felt & made me so comfortable. She explained everything so well, it made me feel like I was in the hands of a true professional. She was methodical & organized with her placement for the injection sites. During the injections, she took her time to be gentle. Her demeanor was very kind & comforting. Other than my experience being great, the inside of the spa is very clean, well lit, & felt like a professional place. I can’t wait to continue my journey with Bloom Spa!!

Had my first appt with Cindy today. She is amazing. I have had several doctors and nurses do Botox injections and not quite get the places that concern me taken care of. They have been ‘almost’ there. Maybe not enough botox or the actual injection site was off but Cindy nailed it on the first time. She really listened to my concerns and was very friendly. I will definitely be going back to her!
