I started @ TDC Dec 2025. The clinic is in demand and there was a 2 Mo. wait. I had an alergic reaction to Jel nails and due to the extent of my injuries, and help from the ladies at the clinic, and my Primary Physician urgent request. I was saw in a week. The IT system, text, email etc... have all been updated, completly 2 wks ago. I have recieved prompt replies on the new system. Remember it's a NEW system, which will need adjustments. If I want grace I have grace for others. If I am sarcastic to someone, than I absolutely should expect sarcasm back. Treat others how I want to be treated

Trust the comments where they say the staff/receptionist is rude. Also, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or call back even if you leave a voicemail. It must take an act of congress to get someone to answer when you call. I called to become a new patient and did not get a call back until I went on the website to send a message ASKING for a call back. They told me the doctor I wanted to see could not see me until March... and only accepts two patients a day. (WOW) The second doctor I asked to be seen by could not see me until February.. So 4-5 months without getting treatment. They do not have a cancellation call list but told me I could call (LOL- the same phones they don't answer?) daily to see if they had cancellations. After making my appointment they did not send a conformation email or text. I made the mistake of looking up the reviews for the sole doctor and that's why I reached out to get an appointment- had I read the reviews for the clinic itself I would not have even called. Unfriendly and so rude. I don’t typically leave a review especially if it’s a bad experience, but I hope someone reads this and steers clear. Plenty of other derms that have friendly staff around Tulsa that treat their patients kindly and with respect and can get you seen in the same month. Oh- and they answer the phone unlike this clinic.

Similar to the experience of others leaving reviews, I had a poor experience with Dr. Monks. I explained my concerns and my thought one what might be causing my acne, and he looks at my face for 20 seconds and then prescribed a antibiotic for me to take "as needed" every time I broke out. He did not address my thoughts or concerns about my hormones playing a role and my appointment lasted 5 minutes after waiting 50 minutes past my scheduled time. -1000 stars. However, I rescheduled with Dr. Cook, wanting a second opinion and someone who would appreciate my concerns about hormonal influence. Dr. Cook and her nurse were amazing and validated my concerns and actually talked to me about why I was there. She came to a completely different conclusion and the medications I was prescribed have been amazing and apparently exactly what I’ve needed to solve my acne. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. 5 stars for Dr. Cook and her nurses. As for front office, I have tried calling many times to schedule/reschedule and every time I am sent to voicemail. I know they are swamped, but it doesn’t seem to matter which day or time I call or leave a voicemail, I don’t even get out on hold, just straight to voicemail. As a soon-to-be healthcare provider, it is shocking how different my experience can be between these 2 providers at the same clinic. I would hope that there is a clinic standard for practice, which Dr. Cook exceeds and it seems all else are falling below. It should not be "luck of the draw" whether you’re going to receive thorough, patient-centered care. I sincerely hope they fix this.

Husband saw Dr. Cook today. She was quick, thorough and professional. Staff is swamped but efficient. I've seen Dr. Monks here and also impressed with his expertise.

Dr. Lovelace is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough! She is compassionate, takes time to listen, and is empathetic to my concerns. So thankful to have found her years ago!

Dr. Cook was awesome! Her and her nurse were very kind and made everything easy and comfortable. I had a skin check and was super nervous but it was fine. Recommend this office!

Saw Emily Kohlman 8 Aug 2025 for annual evaluation. Nice and courteous. Looked over my face and upper body. She froze three spots on my face she termed precancerous. One of them a dry spot under my left eye which was hardly recognizable. Well, now three days lays later the scabs/ burn marks look much worse from the freezing than when I came in. Not to mention the swelling under my eye that’s not going down. I’ve iced it now but every morning it’s still swollen. Access to the patient portal is nonexistent. Previous treatments(I believe by laser and different dermatologist)was not by this freezing procedure and was much less invasive. I believe she completely overdid it and that probably topical treatments would have been better served. Very frustrated and dissatisfied. Do not recommend this place and will not return. As far as damages to my face, TBD!
