First appt w Dr J today. Super! New Patient Exam AND got one procedure done to fix an issue that has been bothering me for almost 20 years. Thank you Dr Jurgens and Team! Her treatment planning and protocol is outstanding and comprehensive. I enjoyed the customer service and the great patient management and care by all involved today. PS- Receptionist had some killer readers on. This is a great place.

Support staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was great in that she listened to my concerns and took care of them. She was very attentive and kind.

The doctors here are great, but the office manager here is the real problem. There is multiple issues I had with this clinic, from not being able to be seen for months and not being able to receive treatment in an adequate amount of time even after being established. The doctor does not use the portal, per the office manager and does not comply whenever you request to speak directly with the doctor via portal. I left several voicemails for them over the past 5 days with my contact information, and I never received a call back. The office manager went back and forth with me for several days whenever I requested to get treatment from my doctor. They do not check their voicemails and they are not very thorough with care. I'm now having to further prolong my treatment and medical needs because of the negligence this practice is rendering. Whenever I stated my concerns politely to the office manager, she interrupted me several times and was very condescending and rude. It is important to add that she also tried to alter information in my chart that was incorrect while I was on the phone seeing my concerns with her. I honestly cannot say that I would recommend this Clinic purely because at the administrative issues here. Again, wonderful doctor is here but the issue lies in a deeper rooted matter. You will save a lot of time and stress just going to another clinic.

Amazing office. They treated me and my time with respect. Amazing physician!! She was kind didn’t talk down to me and actually had a conversation about my condition and talked about preventative care. Best physicians office I have been to. Highly recommend them for your dermatology needs.

Doctor Jurgins was very thorough and looked at all of my issues. My only issue was that she suggested three medications and I was not clear how to use each one. I am 76 and do not hear well so it was probably my age and hearing. I also could have asked more questions.

I will not be returning to Dr. Jurgins. I had a treatment done and was told that if I needed to come back to have it redone, the service would be free. I already had a follow-up appointment scheduled, so when I continued to have issues, I decided to wait until that visit to have the treatment redone. After the appointment, however, I was charged for the retreatment. The office stated that I had waited too long for the service to be free, but I was never told there was a required timeframe to return. Had I known this, I would have come in sooner. I explained the situation to Cheri, who relayed it to Dr. Jurgins, but they refused to remove the charge. I feel I was given misleading information, and as a result, I no longer trust Epiphany. For that reason, I will not be returning.

Appointment was at 12:15pm wasn’t called back until 12:32pm and then once I got into the office, Dr.Jurgen came in and she was very fast and non personable, didn’t seem to care to really look at anything, didn’t ask questions other than "what brings you in today" To give an example of my experience it’s like sending someone a thought out and explained text message then they just respond with "ok" is essentially how it felt. This is a very Quantity over Quality facility. She was in the room maybe 2-3 minutes before my visit was over. It cost me $200 without insurance. So she makes about $200 bucks every 2-5 minutes if that’s how she treats each patient. I will say they had a nice facility though.
