My husband was treated like a number. His concerns were dismissed in a callus, uncaring way, without asking questions. His skin tags seemed to be more interesting to the doctor than the horrible rash he had on his groin area, to which had zero interest in. Waste of time, and and an insurance claim.

Dr Monks literally saved my life. I was facing heart surgery but had an intense itch that was not visable on the surface of my skin. I could not have surgery because I scratched until I bled on my legs, stomach and chest. I had scabs all over. Three other Drs gave me creams nothing worked, but I came to Dr Monks and he cured me! I was able to have my heart surgery. I give Dr Monks all the credit!

Yesterday, I encountered a very disrespectful and unprofessional office manager. Although Dr. Monks is amazing, I will no longer return to this office per the office manager's recommendation. She confidently expressed that Dr. Monks does not need my business, I can go elsewhere. This type of customer service is simply inappropriate. I will tell everyone I know about this manager and my experience. This office manager is not trained to address complaints. She is not emotional fit or savvy regarding customer service or patient experience. Thank you.

Went for full body check because of numerous moles, he had me in and out in 5 minutes. Not thourough at all, will be going somewhere else. Waited 4 months to be seen only to have to go elsewhere. Waste of time and money.

Nice guy. Seems to have genuine care and concern, especially when I needed removal of a skin tag gone rouge. The other medical professions and support staff are without defect as far as this household's experienced.

Best dermatologist in the area. A couple of yeas ago I was on my way to see him and heard him on the radio being interviewed on NPR for a national news story regarding oak mites. He is the recognized authority on a variety of skin-related issues.

Dr Monks and all of the office has been great and the best thing ever is he is familiar with my RA and all the skin problems that comes with it.CREST sucks but he answered all my questions and concerns Thank you for listening to this little old lady.
