Terrible receptionist at the clinic.My doctor cancelled my appointment and they didn't even notify me. Terrible experience. I will change my doctor just because of the receptionist so bad.

Had to wait two hours before I even got a room doctor was nice but not worth waiting two hours didn’t even get done what I needed had to reached two weeks out and miss work again. when I was done I was sent up front to get my referral and schedule next appoint never got referral because I was told to get away from her desk and she’d call me back. I waited 15min than I had to leave. By the time I left u was there for over 3 hours. For a 20 min appt.

Dr.Potts is amazing the best dermatologist i have ever had. He’s helped me a lot with my acne and always makes sure all of my questions are answered. Janelle the receptionist is phenomenal and so kind-hearted. I called to rebook an appointment and she is so sweet and caring. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a better dermatologist! 100/100 Customer service and there is never a wait in the office when I go!

I take my mother here and for some reason they never send over the prescriptions!!! It’s been 5 days and they have not sent over her rx to the pharmacy. I call them and all they have to say is they’ll send a message to the doctor! The doctor that never seen her in the first place and was only advised by residents ! Very unprofessional of this office!!

I have been going to Wayne Health Dermatology in Troy for a year or 2 now and each visit has been a positive experience. Check In is quick, I've never waited in the waiting room more than 10mins, and each employee I have encountered has been kind. I've met multiple dermatologist there and they've all been understanding and treated me like my concerns matter. I hope to always have insurance coverage in their network because I don't want to go anywhere else.

My doctor is great, but the staff sucks at scheduling!! They have canceled my appointments for 3 times for incorrect location timing. I drove all the way from Brighton to Detroit and Troy, ended up leaving in a min for the wrong schedule. I just made a complaint to a manager. I really hope they will improve.

I want to see doctor Lauder again. You want to talk about the best Dr in the world... He's personal he takes his time he really cares there's not a packed waiting room like there is when people are expecting pain medicine or whatever else they can get their hands on. This doctor even though I have Medicaid treats me like any other human being difference is he truly cares
