Yes his office is filled and hectic because he knows what he is doing and cares about his patient's my son has been seeing him over 3 years and Dr Moiin was the only dermatologist that was able to help my son always take 1 star reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone thinks they are the most important person in the room 🙄 WE LOVE DR MOIIN AND STAFF!

This dermatology clinic lacks organization and actually maintaining a quality relationship with patients. I am certain that the doctors here are great and well educated. But when you have 30 people waiting in a room that is the size of a bedroom, with others waiting outside in the lobby. I begin to find this very disorganized. Ali moiin works from 9 till 12 squeezing as many patients as they can. How can you provide each patient with the care that is needed and well deserved if you spend a maximum of 5 minutes trying to understand the issues of your patient as you have to run off and see the other 40 other people waiting. Not only is this clinic small but also very unorganized, I suggest that you need to stop taking so many clients. I would rather come another day and actually understand what is happening to my body and understand the reasons then come and sit for 2 hours waiting for my appointment which was at 10:00 and suddenly its 11:30 and i still haven’t seen the doctor. I suggest you start taking your time and preferably less patients in a day, before you accidentally hand out the incorrect prescription and get yourself into much bigger issues, because of your lack of care. You are dealing with peoples lives so i suggest you take that into consideration.

Had a very good first time experience. The office staff was kind. The young lady even came out to direct me since the office area is a little confusing to find, the way the buildings are set up. Dr. Moiin was kind, patient and immediately knew what my issue was. Explained what was happening in detail. Was pleased with the overall experience.

Walking into Dr. Moiin’s office feels less like entering a medical practice and more like stumbling into a back-alley operation. The front desk staff? An absolute disaster. It’s as if he hired them off a street corner with zero training, zero professionalism, and zero respect for patients. Loud, disorganized, and downright rude—one was wearing hair rollers, another was eating chips mid-conversation, and not a single one of them seemed to know what they were doing. Calling it unprofessional would be an insult to the word. And Dr. Moiin? Completely checked out. Cold, arrogant, and dismissive, he rushed through my appointment like I was interrupting his nap. No care, no clarity, no concern. Just another name to cross off his list. The only thing this place is good at is erasing bad reviews to hide how atrocious it truly is. This isn’t healthcare. It’s a joke. A disgraceful, chaotic mess that shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Avoid this place like your life depends on it—because it just might.

I've been going to Dr. Moiin for years. I look at these reviews in total disbelief. Some are repeat from the same person, Clarence with two different last names done the same day. All I have to say is I've never waited at his real office. I also will never go to the Detroit office either. The reason you wait there is because he is only there 1 day a week. He has an office that he is there most of the week. He tries to give back, and go to Harper to make sure people that can't get to Troy or his other place can still be seen. That is why he is over crowded there. To give him a bad review because of his front end staff is crazy work. He knows his stuff. He is a great doctor and is very patient with you when he doesn'thave to fit 100 people in a 8 hour shift. Go see him at his office and not the hospital. A few years ago found out that my best friend has been going to him for years as well. She loves him too. The proper way to give a review on a doctor is speak only to the doctor, or stars to that doctor and tell about the staff in the section you are starring even if its bad. If you want to give a review on poor staffing, go to DMC and post it there. This way you can get a response, and they will get those triffling folks out! I hope this helps!

I suffered from my skin condition since 2003. I visited many doctors from east Detroit to Ann Arbor and no one was able to diagnose my condition. Many Biopsy's are done and medications and of course " lots of money paid for nothing". I visited more that 20 doctors in 13 years until I heard about Dr. Moiin and I went to the Livonia clinic. Dr. Z and Dr. Moiin was able to find out what I have from the first visit and proofed it to me. He told me I will be better in no time and sure enough, I have seen incredible improvement in 2 weeks. (see my pictures attached). Dr Moiin is the BEST dermatologist I have ever met and he knows his stuff. I cant thank him enough as I am able now to live a normal life. Thank you very much and keep up the great work you are doing by healing people. You will be always in my prayers and god bless you. Thanks for the deepest of my heart.

This entire office is an absolute circus and Dr. Moiin is the ringleader of this medical mockery. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with the most unprofessional front desk staff I’ve ever encountered—rude, incoherent, chomping on snacks, and literally wearing hair rollers in front of patients like it’s their living room, not a place of business. The whole environment is chaotic and embarrassing. As for Dr. Moiin himself? An arrogant, dismissive joke. He clearly couldn’t care less about his patients—barely looked at me, rushed through the appointment, and treated me like I was interrupting his day rather than seeking his care. No empathy, no communication, no professionalism. It’s laughable that they’re scrubbing negative reviews when the entire operation is a walking one-star experience. A disgrace to healthcare. If you’re thinking of coming here—don’t. You’re better off diagnosing yourself on WebMD.
