VA Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center - Harbourview

I have been a patient at Virginia dermatology for the past 5 years I have had the greatest experience and care from Dr Robert I will truly miss him I told him I know I should be happy for your retirement but I am going to be sad not to have you for my doctor. He had the greatest personality. His staff was friendly and professional. I look forward to continuing being a patient there. Everyone that works there are so kind and professional and they always make you feel valued. I will highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Dr. Brad Johnson and the entire staff at Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center all amazing. From the front desk staff interaction to the medical assistants, everyone was pleasant, prompt & knowledgeable. The staff are professional, the office aesthetics are relaxing and the process was efficient. I appreciate the patience & answering questions and making the experience personable.

I was excited that I was able to get an appointment within the week. However after being asked to show up 30 minutes early to fill out 5 minutes in paperwork. After waiting an hour and I was taken back. The nurse who called me back was more worried about the vending machine repair happening then greeting me kindly. I waited in the room 20 more minutes and spent maybe 10 with the NP who measured my problem area and recommended surgery. I am self pay so a surgery in the hospital isn't an option. This procedure can be done in a plastic surgeons office. I am very disappointed and my self pay total was $126. I feel the was way overpriced for what I received. I do not recommended 😐

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and cannot speak more highly of this practice. Cyndi Ferguson was professional and made me feel at ease for my full body skin check. The entire team in this building is kind, helpful and professional.

This was the worse place and Dr. I had deal with in my 45 years experience . The doctor was so rude. She didn't even introduce her self.She didn't even bother to look at my rash and then told me to go to the other locations the next time I needed service. In another words don't come back there. I really don't understand why she would say that . Please don't waste your time. Even the staff are rude.

I went in because I was experiencing extra itchiness during and after the recent pollen drop. My concerns were listened to and addressed in a very kind and professional manner. I felt very at ease and am so appreciative of the help I received.

Terrible patient service….. We all know how hard it is to get appointments with family doctors let alone a specialist. Well after weeks my fiancé finally got an appointment with this office. He showed up this morning at 7:27am and his appt was at 7:25am. 2 minutes late and they made him reschedule. Awful. He was coming from Newport News to this office in Suffolk, because it was the earliest appointment he could get. Be aware if you’re in traffic or any sort of unforeseen event that will make you even 1 second late to your appt before you book with this office! I hardly ever write reviews about anything business. I specially have NEVER wrote a bad review. This is just completely inconsiderate.
