I should have written this review sooner, but I want to say that Heather and Alyssa are amazing. They truly listen and are very empathetic, gave me options, which made my entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Scheduling a consultation was easy, and I utilized their services from about May through July. I would definitely recommend this facility for any of your needs.

Heather and Alyssa are your aesthetic dream team! If you're not going here, you're missing out! I don't trust my tox or peels to anyone else! Heather really cares about how you prefer your tox, where you like lift, etc. She remembers and doesn't go rogue. I never look like spock or angry birds and I appreciate that! IYKYK. Go, you won't be disappointed!

Some of the best ladies I’ve ever met in my life! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The space is clean, calming, and also offers you whatever refreshments you like. Heather and Alyssa always take the time and explain everything thoroughly and make sure I feel comfortable. Regardless of what treatment I’m getting whether it’s a facial or an injectable it’s always a luxury experience. They customize my treatments to my needs, and the results are amazing!! I highly recommend revision to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality treatments. Thank god for them🩷

I was referred here by a friend. I went for an initial consultation and it was positive. I felt hopeful about the weight loss service. Received my first months injections. When I returned for my second month pick up they said they could no longer get the GLP1 med and referred me to an online provider. That's the only alternative they gave me. She didn't discuss other meds still available and acted as if she really didn't want to be bothered. I even texted back to ask about other meds and was barely acknowledged. AS an RN I expected a little more follow through. Not a good experience for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment due to unprofessional and condescending behavior from the staff. I scheduled an appointment online for TempSure Firm to address cellulite. As a new client, I expected to have a consultation before receiving the treatment (standard practice for most services), and something I’m familiar with as someone who has received various professional treatments over the years. However, as soon as I walked in, the NP greeted me and immediately asked if I knew what the procedure was. While I had done some research beforehand, the purpose of an initial consultation is to provide professional guidance and education. Instead of taking me to a private room for the discussion, the NP kept me at the front desk, speaking openly in the lobby in front of the front desk staff. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and judged by both the NP and the staff. To make matters worse, the front desk staff joined in on the conversation, questioning me in a patronizing tone about whether I do strength training and claiming that this was the only solution to getting rid of my cellulite. For context, I am very physically active and I only wanted to see improvement in one small area. I mention this not to brag, but to point out that I am no stranger to exercise. As someone with a medical background, I also know that cellulite cannot be completely eliminated and can be influenced by factors such as hormones and genetics (not just a lack of strength training). I came in hoping to address these small areas, not to be shamed for having cellulite. The patient education wasn’t necessarily incorrect, but the delivery was appalling. Sharing information in a public lobby and allowing the front desk staff to chime in was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. While I may not have been an ideal candidate for the treatment I wanted, this experience showcased some of the worst patient care I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t even consider coming here for routine services like Botox or facial peels. From one healthcare professional to another, do better.

Highly recommend! Amy & Heather are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I’ve had multiple facials and it leaves my skin feeling amazing! This will be my go to place for a facial! Not to mention the inside of revision medspa is gorgeous!
