Dermaclinique - Dermatology & Skin Spa

This clinic is the most expensive in Saint Petersburg. The prices are excessively inflated for all procedures. Do not go to this clinic. The prices are unjustifiably expensive. The staff is inexperienced and doesn't know what they're doing. They issue bills after the visit regardless of your insurance, which raises many questions. They are only interested in money. I will never go to this clinic again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have been to this clinic only twice. But both times they saw me timely, were thorough in their exam, and explained everything clearly. The office is clean, and staff were efficient and friendly. It has been a good experience so far.

Dr. Nayyar has such a warm and kind personality. She listened closely to all of my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She is truly skilled at her craft, and I felt I was in good hands.

I haven’t had much luck with keeping A Dermatologist. I just had my first visit to Dermaclinique - Dermatology & Skin Spa. Dr Tang was my doctor and his assistant. She took my intake and concerns. Dr Tang listened and took my concerns seriously.. I had several issues and those were resolved. I have a follow up visit in four weeks. The office was new and spotless. I plan on having other procedures in the future. I Was quite satisfied and would recommend them.

I was treated for skin cancer by Dr Nayyar. I selected her because of her extensive experience in Mohs surgery and reconstructive plastic surgery. My cancer cells were above my eyebrow and I was very concerned about scarring on my forehead. Dr Nayyar was exceptional, she minimized the extraction site through the MOHs procedure and then created a flap which placed the stitch line directly above my eyebrow. Once healed it will be barely visible. I had received another opinion before going to Dr Nayyar and the surgeon told me to expect the stitch line/scar would be vertical line and approximately 1" in length, depending on the size and depth of the cancer site. And I didn’t need a plastic surgeon. Yes….. when it’s on the face you need a plastic surgeon and one that is trained and specializes in MOHs procedures. The staff and dermatology assistants are top notch too. I highly recommend Dr Nayyar and the folks at Dermaclinique.

I just cannot recommend this place. I went for a medical appointment, not cosmetic. They stated they are not in network with my insurance. I told them I have a PPO plan so my insurance would still pay something. They said I had to pay, in full, out of pocket before my appointment (which I did). I asked several times before I went if they would submit my insurance claim. They assured me they would. I submitted all of my insurance information on their patient portal. They NEVER submitted the claim. So I paid out of pocket over $200 just for them to not submit my claim. Beyond that, it’s just very inconvenient & time consuming to input information on the patient portal, just to have to do it again once I arrive at the office for my appointment. Also, my appointment was scheduled 15 minutes after they open & I still had to wait approximately 20 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen, which means they are purposely overbooking. They do not care about the patient, they only want the money!!

My father came in for a procedure today, 9/15 his team was caring and thoughtful. Kaitlin MA was the best he even told her that she "knows what she's doing" as we left. My father has dementia and she didn't stop a beat with him. Her kindness and thoughtful nature made me, as his daughter, smile. This office really goes the extra mile to show care for their patients and the families ( as needed) thank u all for treating dad like family.
