Melanie’s attention to detail and thorough evaluation are truly unmatched. Her medical assistant, Karsyn, was incredibly warm and empathetic, and her humor made the entire visit easy, fun, and comfortable. I absolutely LOVED the energy at the St. Pete clinic- you can genuinely tell that every single person loves what they do. Such a great experience from start to finish!

I had a very pleasant in-person experience for my first time dealing with a skin issue. Biopsy was quick and painless. I was seen on time and everything went well. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, and Melanie and Carson were efficient and competent. My only issue was that the phone system for their office is answered by a chatbot, and when I called the day before my appointment for information, my call was transferred and never picked up after three attempts and more than 30 minutes of wait time. Calling back the following morning, however, I was given the option of a call back instead of waiting, and I finally was able to speak live with Carson to get my concerns addressed.

Just like I had at the previous Bardmoor office w Ms Natalie and 3 other women medical professionals. 2 in training. Very kind, courteous, professional and taking care of me . 100 stars plus. Whole staff. "Winners ". Highly recommend! Dealt with some areas that they treated, diagnosed remedy concerns. True Professionals.!

The staff at the 38th Ave N location are not only polite but conduct themselves in the most professional manner that I as a patient feel at ease when I am there. I will continue to recommend this location when the occasion arises. Thank you!

Went in a little nervous and embarrassed about a procedure that needed done but was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The service was quick and each step was described to me in advance. I would highly recommend this place.

I was really nervous about going to this appointment since I am fair skinned and never had been to one before. The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of recommendations. I am so glad that I decided to keep my appointment and they were so nice and helpful.

On time appointment is huge! Nothing is more aggravating than sitting in a waiting room for 30 minutes after you arrived on time! This is my second appointment and it’s been perfect.
