I had such an amazing experience today. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and they truly went above and beyond to answer every single one of my questions. The owner was incredibly sweet she even took the time to look up my gift card for me, which I really appreciated. I’m honestly so happy I found this place. It already feels like my new go to spot for all my skincare needs. Marlee did my chemical peel, and I just have to say she is the BEST. I walked in unsure of what I wanted, and she was so patient and kind while I figured it out. She took her time explaining everything, never rushed me, and made me feel totally comfortable. I ended up choosing the chemical peel, and I’m so glad I did it was painless, relaxing, and such a great experience overall. What really stood out is how easy she was to talk to. We were chatting like we’d known each other for years, and that’s something you don’t get everywhere. It made the whole appointment feel even better. I’m definitely grabbing another special before December ends. I can’t wait to come back!

Cally was amazing! She was attentive to my needs and had a great attitude the entire time while administering Botox.The office was very nice and clean. Such a great experience at Skinlumi, can’t wait to come back!

If you’ve been considering visiting this spa and/or getting the Sofwave done, do it! The staff was super knowledgeable and super friendly. They didn’t pressure me for more procedures or try to get me to buy skincare products. I was considering getting a mini-facelift, but I learned about Sofwave. I also considered Morpheus 8, but with current lawsuits and melasma issues with ethnic skin, I decided not to go that direction. I was happy to find that Skinlumi offers this procedure. Sofwave wasnt too painful, especially with numbing cream. I immediately noticed a difference in tightness and fine lines, day 1! I’m excited to see the final results in 6 weeks. Best part, no melasma, only 1 treatment needed, and no downtime. My genetic neck lines have dramatically improved, with just 1 session. I didn’t expect results so quickly, so this was a nice surprise. Cally was my nurse. She was very patient and listened to my concerns and addressed them during my procedure. Faye was so sweet and helped me find an eye cream. She even offered a refund within 2 weeks if the product didn’t work for my sensitive skin, which is really unheard of in a med spa. I’m definitely going back for my hydrafacials and other asthetic needs.

I’ve had two HydraFacials and a dermaplaning treatment at Skinlumi, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Marlee is incredibly sweet and extremely knowledgeable—she truly takes the time to assess my skin’s needs and adjusts each treatment accordingly. From my first appointment to the second, she made thoughtful modifications based on how my skin was doing, which shows her attention to detail and professionalism. My skin always looks and feels amazing after my visits, and I genuinely look forward to my next treatment. Highly recommend Skinlumi!

Love love LOVE this place! I've gotten my lips done here twice and I also received one of the best facials I have ever gotten. Both times I've gotten my lips done, they have turned out absolutely PERFECT! They always check in and make sure you love the results. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and just overall amazing! Definitely my new go to for aesthetics 🖤

Cally was amazing ! She made me feel so comfortable. Very personable. Made sure I knew what to expect- very detailed oriented. I will be going back to her ! Fay the receptionist is also so sweet and comforting. If you are anxious you will be met with literally the best customer service !!

I really love this place. It is impeccably clean and perfectly and professionally managed by Fay. Cally is seriously the best injector. You will NOT regret having Cally as your injector. Full disclosure, she’s my cousins wife but Cally is SO TALENTED and knowledgeable and professional. Her touch is incredibly light and precise. For me, she has done facial Botox in masseters, chin, forehead and frown lines. I have also had her do subcutaneous threads and some fillers. I’ll never go to anyone else. (But, I assure you this is not a nepotism review! I have been seeing aesthetician injectors for almost 10 years now for tox and moderate fillers. I was going to a different fancy-pants injector in Holladay for YEARS — until that injector got sloppy and kept on messing up and going too deep with the tox needles. My smile was messed up for 6 months. Then I swear that injector and her assistant were high one of the last times I went in and just did a sloppy job so I had her fix what she could and then I never went back.) So, then I decided to give Cally a chance. The first time I had Cally inject my masseters I was shocked — there was almost no pain!! I was so accustomed to it hurting so bad due to my prior injector. Again, if you’re looking for a qualified, professional, skilled, talented injector then Cally’s your girl. And if you want a lovely, relaxing, professional medspa location then Skin Lumi is your spa. 🥰
