I don’t want leave a bad review because I’ve only heard fantastic things about your office but…. I was on hold for 12 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment and eventually hung up. I have a feeling that you are either closed, in a meeting or at lunch, and if that’s the case, please make sure you have a voicemail set up so people can leave a message and don’t sit on hold waiting for someone to answer. If your office is that busy that you can’t pick up for 12 minutes, I would suggest a solution so you don’t have irritated patients or new patients not willing to call back. Best wishes!

My appointment was at 4 pm. They were running 30 minutes late and didn’t bother to mention anything. It’s frustrating when you watch everyone that arrived after you get called back. Its a lot of work to get time off for a follow up. They could at least send text …they did that when they wanted my money.

Dr Woseth is amazing! Very concerned and compassionate. He's also super-good at dermatology! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling quite disappointed. Dr. Brummer spent less than five minutes with me and did not provide any explanation regarding my concern. She simply took a few photos and asked me to return in four months. Even if my concern turns out to be minor or not medically significant, I believe it would have been helpful and reassuring to have a brief discussion about what she observed. A few minutes to explain her assessment and allow me to ask questions would have made a big difference in feeling heard and cared for.

If your looking for a dermatologist and haven’t quite found the best place to go, come here!!! I seen Shane Farr and have taken my children to see him as well. I appreciate that he took the time to educate myself and my kiddo on best practices to moisturize our skin and also introduced us to ELTAMD sunscreen! I have been using it for a year and I love it. Not sticky and goes on smooth.

Our first visit to this office based upon two recommendations proved to be exceptional after searching for a new dermatologist. We were able to schedule an appointment within a few weeks of contacting this practice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Dr. Hadji and Emily are professional and made me feel comfortable while asking questions. She explained what she saw after my examination and provided useful advice on keeping my skin moisturized and using a well-known SPF brand that I used years ago. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Hadji as she has an amazing personality needed when you are examining skin as a profession.

Incredible visit with Dr. Hadji. She listened, offered great solutions for other issues she noticed, and was an absolute delight.
