San Ramon Urgent Care

I recently received a bill dated 4/17/25 for a visit that never happened. When I called the office to clarify, the receptionist verified my info and the fist thing she said was "do you want to pay the bill?" (smh), without first explaining the charge. When I asked for more information, she said the bill was actually from 2021. 4 years ago??? She repeatedly said she wasn’t the person who handles billing, and said one thing then another. When I requested to speak with the person who deals with the billing then, of course the person is "out of the country" and that Dr. RAJESH MAHESHWARI was also unavailable. According to her, the charge was for Tylenol refill- which I thought it was very odd as urgent cares typically don't authorize any refills. I think they're submitting wrong billing codes- my bill stated "OFFICE OP VISIT FOR EVALUATION & MGMT OF ESTABLIS CO-INS", where this never happened- and this is urgent care clinic, not PCP clinic. I only visited once several years ago (I guess 2021) for an urgent matter—not for ongoing or established care. They def are shady, their billing practices and operations are pretty concerning. If I receive this false bill one more time, I'm going to seek legal counsel. If you're in the San Ramon area, I wouldn't waste my time considering this place, just go to the john muir on the other side of alcosta. They are very professional and know what they're doing. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The facility was clean, well-organized, and I was seen quickly, which is rare these days. Dr. Raj was outstanding professional, compassionate, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. It’s reassuring to know that quality care is available when you need it most. I highly recommend this urgent care and Dr. Raj and his staff to anyone looking for fast, attentive, and expert medical care

Terrible hospitality at the reception. The lady needs to learn to adapt a welcoming nature. Not just take the insurance details and start billing. Charged me for nothing. Just wrote some labs and not even touched checked or addressed my concerns. Simply waste of time and money.

I update my review about this place and give them 3 instead 5 due to their office problem.the office staff don’t pay attention to send prescription or referring to other physicians on time.but as I said last year,The best thing about this place is availability.easy appointment & access.i hope doing good changes in office.

Find yourself another place. Very shady! Not good Healthcare providers. And the billing🫣. Totally over billing for the services! For a quick sore throat visit they billed $1140!!!! Insurance handled it, but still! And then they sent a bill 6 months later saying my account past due and adding a late charge! But I never got a bill until now! Stay away!

Called in to ask about their services. The woman who answered was very rude and curt and answering only in "no", "ah"… like WTH Also I’m glad I read the reviews about shady practices and dodged a bullet

I was a walk-in on a Sunday and was impressed with how quickly my paperwork was processed by the polite and professional staff at San Ramon Urgent Care. The doctor was really nice as well and listened to me before we discussed how to proceed. I left feeling seen and would definitely recommend this place.
