Skin Laundry - San Ramon at Bishop Ranch

I was going here for about 5 months. I was told to come consistently for 4 months to see results. I did get a pretty decent promotional deal for $250 per month. My skin has major issues; I have active acne, rosacea, and pretty bad acne scarring. During consultation, they pretty much guaranteed I would start to see results at least 3 months in. After 5ish months I have barely seen any results. My main issue is that really wish they would have turned me down and been upfront and honest with me and told me I need to see a dermatologist because that’s pretty much my own personal conclusion at this point. This company is a luxurious addition to skin care and may help with MINOR skin concerns. Please do not go here if you have MAJOR skin issues/concerns. In addition: I’d like to add that they are pretty nice overall but clearly were not used to seeing a client of my skin type. Which obviously made me feel uncomfortable at certain points. After getting the treatments my face turns bright red because of my skin conditions. I do wish they try to be a little more mindful with words and energy wise. Also be mindful when they say they have a 5 min grace period it really is 5 MINUTES! They will not accept you if you’re late so try not to be late! I do want to give a shoutout to Marielle and Sadi because I feel like they were the ones who were actually genuine and kind. Over all I don’t recommend going unless you have the time, money and Non- Major skin issues ! Which I noticed was the case for their usual clientele.

Shabnam was awesome doing the Power Resurfacing it was a nice and easy procedure. You can opt to not do around the eyes, nose, and lips. I opted for it all to get the best results. Looking forward to the end result. You will need to wear hyaluronic Acid Serum following treatment and reapply every hour for the next six hours. So be prepared for the downtime for the next three days: no makeup no gym no saunas. I’d recommend do the treatment at the beginning of the week and on a week where you have no plans. Highly recommend coming to Skin Laundry for your skin care needs!

I’ve been going to Skin Laundry and I honestly love the results! My skin feels so much smoother and looks brighter after each session. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they take time to explain everything so you feel comfortable. The treatments are quick, clean, and effective. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to improve your skin texture and glow!

I had a signature facial, but even afterward I didn’t see any results. I had originally asked for a resurfacing facial, and I feel I should have been given better options based on my concerns. At the very least, I expected to see some improvement after the treatment or within a couple of days. I hope they can still make an exception and allow me to do the resurfacing treatment as I had planned.

I love Skin Laundry in San Ramon! The treatments are all administered by trained & registered nurses, they have affordable packages for any budget, & I am so happy with my results so far. The staff are super friendly & make you feel comfortable from day one!
