I had an amazing experience at MedSpa CA. My wife referred me, and I’m so glad she did — I honestly won’t go to anyone else for treatments now. Teresa, the medical assistant, did a great job with my VI Peel. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident I was in great hands. Nurse Practitioner Anu is incredible at what she does. Her expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stand out, and it’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. The front desk girls are also so kind and welcoming — from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is friendly and professional. Highly recommend MedSpa CA if you’re looking for expert care and an amazing team.

Today was my first time getting facial laser hair removal. Anu was really nice and friendly. The girls on staff were super helpful. The procedure was quick and no pain at all. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results. Thank you Anu!

Had really bad scars because of cystic acne (still showed when I would wear tones of makeup). After a couple treatments my skin had improve by a long shot and the depth of my scars has improved so much!! Also amazing customer service from every single member part of medspa from Anu and the front desk , you will always feel welcomed, understood, and respected. Before and after photos of ONLY 2 sessions being done…just got done with my third very happy

I received Radiesse injections from Una a few weeks ago, and I am very satisfied with my results. She is incredibly kind, professional, and caring. I was very nervous since this was my first time getting injections, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. At my initial appointment, she explained that the injections could potentially cause a negative reaction because I have had keloids develop from a surgery over a year ago. I appreciated her honesty and went to my primary care physician for clearance before returning. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and the fact that she chose not to proceed until she was confident it was safe for me. It showed that she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being—not just making money. I highly recommend this medspa and will definitely return.

I recently visited Medspa of San Ramon for a laser facial treatment and had a satisfactory experience. From the moment I arrived, the environment was clean and organized. The staff was polite and maintained a professional demeanor. Before starting, the practitioner clearly explained the steps of the laser facial and addressed my questions regarding the technology and expected results. The procedure itself was handled with care. The practitioner ensured I was comfortable, and the process was completed efficiently. While laser treatments involve some sensation, it was manageable and consistent with what was described during the consultation. Post-treatment, I observed a noticeable improvement in my skin texture and tone. The recovery time was minimal. Overall, the service was high-quality and delivered the intended results. I would consider returning for future treatments.

I found this Medspa on Groupon to continue my laser treatments for my underarms. I have done 8 treatments with Sev Laser and bought a pack of 6 treatments with Medspa California. The laser they use at Medspa California seems to have been much more effective than what I’ve used in the past. I’ve noticed the hair get finer and grows back much slower which is exactly what i needed. I am removing a star because my experience at this Medspa has been very mediocre. The owner seems to be the only one licensed to do any work. I understand she may see a lot of clients but my first visit with her she really got to know me which was nice, but by the fourth visit she would ask all the same questions then ask, "is this your first time here" and i said no "I’ve been seeing you for 4 months". In their system they put your appointment time but don’t have any information about what you’re there for. I’ve had to tell them what area I’m there for every time and the laser is never ready by the time of your appointment. My appointment time is never the time i actually get worked on. At Sev Laser i was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Here I’m waiting 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time to get helped. I also should not have to sign consent forms every time I’m there when i should have a client profile. I also understand upselling your products and services but suggesting ****unwarranted**** that I get Kybella to dissolve the fat under my chin or to remove skin tags (i have one small mole on my neck) or to get lip filler when i already have full lips after repeatedly saying i am only interested in the service I’m getting, can come off insulting. There is a way to sell your services without making it seem like the client NEEDS it. I’m grateful for the work of the laser and that alone gets 5 stars but if i were to rate the owner and staff it would be 3 stars. I hope that the owner and her team can take some sales seminars.
