arrived about 10 minutes early, and check-in was seamless — the staff was friendly and welcoming. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment (scheduled for 7:30, called back around 7:52), but once in the exam room, the assistant was kind and efficient. Dr. Joshua was outstanding — very personable with excellent bedside manner. He explained my diagnosis in easy-to-understand terms and provided a clear roadmap for treatment, taking time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Swinyer-Woseth for their professionalism, friendliness, and quality of care.

My visit was a little while ago, but I'm just now seeing their business listing while doing a Google search and feel like I should share my feelings about my experience so others may make a better informed decision. The nursing and reception staff were warm and friendly. They were the only positive I took from my visit. I was seen by a PA but have forgotten his name. I distinctly remember how pompous, unprofessional, argumentative, and ignorant he was, though. He made his "diagnosis" within the first 30 seconds of my visit. I thanked him for his (half-assed) assessment, but felt a more thorough examination was necessary. He electred to argue about instead of simply doing his job. One of the doctors overheard the comotion and stepped in to diffuse the situation, which I appreciate. However, his solution was to prescribe medication without performing an examination. I was informed that if things didn't improve then I could come back again... which I wasn't very eager about as I was less than impressed. Anyway, the meds were ineffective, no surprise. They needed to listen to me if they had any chance of discovering my medical issue. So, I wasn't about to waste more time at Swinyer-Woseth. I don't recall requesting an additional appointment with them. I know I didn't want one, but they'd apparently scheduled me for a follow-up visit - which I didn't attend. I found out about it when I received a missed appointment bill in the mail. That leaves an even worse taste in my mouth about them.

Dr Hadjicharalambous took time to listen, then quickly diagnosed several areas of concern on my skin. She is confident, knowledgeable and caring. She made me feel comfortable in spite of my 'elderly' skin. The office staff was also thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Hadji!

Went in for a growth on my nose that my primary care doctor said I should have checked out by a dermatologist. The dermatologist found that it was nothing to worry about and quickly burned it off with nitrogen. But then he saw a dark spot on my hand that concerned him. He deadend it and took a biopsy on the spot. I was pleased that he moved quickly to deal with something that looked suspicious. It will be a week before I get the results back. I liked that he was very pro-active.

At appointment she had to "freeze" one of my spots. I asked her to do others that bothered me because I know insurance covers up to 14 spots for the same price as 1 spot. She refused to do my others. Then she told me to call her office when I was ready to try face cream she would prescribe. I have called several times and no one gets back to me. I had to pay co pay and for the "freezing" hundreds of dollars and can not get a call back. Very frustrating. Would not recommend!!!

The staff is all great and super friendly. Firstly, I hate writing bad reviews but I’m giving one star because I got 3 treatments of Vbeam for type 1 rosacea. Did absolutely NOTHING. You’d be better off taking a wad of cash and lighting it on fire. I did call and explain my disappointment and my call was never returned. I saw another review saying their vbeam didn’t work here but worked elsewhere. Just trying to save someone else money cause it’s really expensive.

Very nice doctor, but they have absolutely no regard for your pocketbook. They charged us upwards of $450 for 10 minutes of a doctor’s time and the application of a minuscule amount of medication for a condition that didn’t even necessarily require treatment. The receptionist had indicated that costs for simple procedures were typically in the range of about 1/3 of what we ended up being charged. At no time were the actual costs discussed until I was hit with the bill. Their charging and billing procedures are completely opaque. And, the treatment didn’t even work, but for what they charged me, I will not be setting foot in there again.
