She takes the time to listen, explain every step of the process, and ensure you fully understand what’s going on with your skin and overall health. What sets Dr. Pho apart is her ability to combine deep medical knowledge with a warm, patient-centered approach. You never feel rushed. She makes you feel like your concerns matter and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and kindly. I’ve had several visits with her now, and each one reinforces how lucky I am to have found her. Dr. Diaz and her nurse were excellent. They deserve 5 stars! I have a complaint about their 2 receptionists. I left and went to get my prescription filled. After waiting 15 minutes each of the 2 times I called, I decided to just drive back to Dr. Diaz’s office. No receptionist was there and.there had NO Cover Service to help know what was the problem. The very helpful nurse both sent a reminder to the doctor to "sign" the prescription. (She was at a training.) Also, she helped me to make my follow up appointment. Dr. Ross continues to be a great doctor. He listens to all my questions and concerns and provides sound advice on treatment. I have had many pre-cancerous areas frozen off over the years, too, so his schooling is saving my life! He is also very nice and very focused on doing his work. Thank you, Dr. Ross! His assistant, Diana, was also very nice and helpful in her duties. And they always seem to be running on time. Amazing!

Dr. Lana Pho is an expert in her field. She is informative, thorough, and kind. She listens to concerns and gives honest, knowledgeable feedback for both the positive and negatives of everything from prescriptions or procedures, to diet & genetics. I’ve never felt rushed or judged, and she is a blast to be around as a person. Overall, I can’t say that there is anyone else that I would trust with my dermatological needs. Thanks Dr. Pho for making me smarter and more confident after leaving your office.

In and out in less than 30 minutes. Efficient staff and great doctor! Dr. Ross is quick and efficient, but takes time to listen to concerns. Always a great experience.

Dr Pho and her assistant were awesome. Though having a small cancer cut out of your face is never really pleasant, they made it about as simple and painless as possible.
