The Worst experience with a Doctor you can have!. I visited Dr. Lana Pho with the hope of receiving a professional and thorough treatment, but unfortunately, the consultation was never even completed. Instead of providing a clear diagnosis, she asked me what the name of my previous medication was so she could prescribe the same thing. Her proposed solution for my problem—after more than a year dealing with it—was simply to cover it with a band-aid or apply Vaseline. I felt that not enough time was taken to listen to my concerns or to explain proper treatment options. Honestly, I left disappointed, and I think it’s important for other patients to know that the care may not be as attentive or complete as one would expect.

Saw Dr Pho on 4 occasions. Her approach and mannerisms were strange and felt unprofessional. She prescribed a medication without informing me it would suppress my immune system, which led to me having light flu symptoms for three months. She later claimed she had told me to stop a medication when she had not, and continuing it caused red spots all over my face that have had lasting effects. When I mentioned researching the medication using AI, she laughed, dismissed it outright, said "this is your problem," and then started talking to me about God. I felt gaslit, unheard, and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was just plain weird.

I just love Dr Pho and her energy. Also very kind , and her surgical nurse was very thorough explaining everything to me. Happy and upbeat, all around absolutely terrific!

Dr Pho is amazing. I am very nervous about my skin condition but I hace complete confidence in her after 1 appt. She and her assistant were kind, caring, compassionate. Honest and compassionate and very informative about what comes next I wouldn't want to be seen by anyone else.

I had the most awful Experience with this dermatologist, she damaged my nerve on my face that has resulted in a life changing events. I’m now on medication for the rest of my life. And when I called to let them know my face was still numb. She sent me to the ER instead. They’ve taken zero accountability and continue to touch peoples faces. I’m writing this review so no one goes through what I been through

I had a sore on my ring finger that wouldn’t heal and so Dr. Pho had to perform surgery on it. The first surgery was not successful and the sore continued to grow. I then went back another time and she was able to remove whatever was causing it. Dr. Pho did a great job and my finger started healing after that but not all the way because the thread was still imbedded inside my finger and it was hard and prickly on the surface of the skin. I then went back a third time after about a month to get the thread removed. It was painful and some of the thread is still imbedded but I’m relieved that it’s no longer snagging on everything I touch.

Dr. Pho was fantastic, explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Got in quick and did not have to wait long before seeing her.
