I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alina Gerasymova. She is incredibly attentive to details, always listens carefully, and approaches every concern with professionalism and warmth. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. Her friendly and compassionate demeanor makes the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. I have been going to Dr. Josef Yeager for many years. He is my favorite dermatologist. Always a kind and positive doctor even when explaining impactful medical situations. Personally calls when lab results are sent for further testing and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Caroline Yeager for close to 15 years and she is one of my favorite doctors across any practice. She is incredibly friendly with great bedside manner. She's also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

Dr. Caroline was amazing. Prompt, upbeat, and knowledgeable - all while also making me feel completely comfortable at every step of the appointment. This was my first time seeing her (and my first whole body skin check), and Dr. Caroline and her nurse made it painless. It was on time, and completed quickly, but I felt heard and had time to ask any questions (not rushed at all). I highly recommend Dr. Caroline!

Felt to me like an Upselling Money Grab…. I had a mild discoloration in my fingernails and the only practitioner able to see me within a reasonable period of time was Young Lee. Rather than simply observing and addressing that issue, he was insistent on doing a full body scan. A couple of days prior to my visit I had developed a very small spot or abrasion about 1/4 inch in diameter or so on my forearm that was already starting to heal. Young Lee insisted that it looked suspicious and that a scraping and biopsy needed to be done. I was sure it was unnecessary but he was insistent so I agreed to what I thought was a minimal scraping which turned into a significant chunk being removed from my arm much larger than the spot in question. Despite being kept clean and bandaged as instructed, it resulted the next evening in a significant and inflamed infection with red streaks going all the way up my arm and into my armpit resulting in sore and swollen glands, which sent me to the urgent care the following day. I spent a good portion of my Sunday there in order to get antibiotics. I called Young Lee’s office and told the administrator what happened and got no response from Young Lee. As I was absolutely confident it would, the biopsy came back negative. Regarding the fingernail issue, Young Lee first said it was one thing but then switched to something different and ended up prescribing me Eye Drops to put on my fingernail as "an off label use". I researched it and found that it could be effective for my use so I did as instructed. The issue resolved but I recently noticed it returning so I called the office looking for either a refill or preferably an alternative medication to be prescribed and called in to my pharmacy. Despite multiple requests, Young Lee repeatedly refused unless I scheduled and paid for another visit. We had a major snow and ice event during this time making travel very inconvenient and I explained that I am also very busy but he continued to refuse. I will be going elsewhere and unfortunately could not recommend that anyone use this practice based on my experience with Young Lee.

I am very happy with my visit. Dr. Young Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He performed a thorough skin check and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt listened to and in excellent hands throughout the appointment.
